This beautiful single level home is ideal and conveniently situated in a quiet, family neighborhood with access to the Tucson Loop, great for cyclist or a nice stroll and quick access to I-10! Just minutes from major shopping areas and healthcare facilities including a major hospital! All bedroom windows offer blackout coverings and new memory foam mattresses (King in primary bedroom, 2 twin beds in 2nd bedroom and Queen in 3rd bedroom) for a good nights rest!

Very nice home!

Home is in a nice neighborhood and close to the Rillato Loop for walking/biking. Yard is completely walled/fenced which is great for pets/kids. Convenient location to stores, restaurants, breweries. Well equipped kitchen.

I helped my in-laws reserve this home for a two-month stay, and I’m always a bit nervous booking a property on someone else’s behalf. Thankfully, this home was exactly what they were looking for!I was also fortunate enough to visit with my husband and daughter — we stayed for four nights and can personally attest that the house truly met all of our expectations. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful, the beds are very comfortable, there’s plenty of space to spread out, and the private backyard is a wonderful bonus. The kitchen was also well-stocked with everything needed for a long-term stay.They loved it so much that they’ve already booked another month for 2027!Thank you, Marcy, for coming over to assist them with the booking. It’s so reassuring to have an owner who is accessible, communicative, and genuinely friendly. That level of care makes all the difference.

Welcome home away from home! This beautiful property was our family home since newly built in 2005. We raised 2 beautiful children here and outgrew our beloved home. We could not let it go so we turned it into a vacation rental!

Why they chose this property

Unwind at this peaceful Tucson Desert Escape. The house is located in a safe and quiet neighborhood with full amenities, with private access to the Tucson Loop, located next to a nice park with baseball fields, ramada and playground! 8 minute drive to the Tucson Mall and nearby shops and restaurants, 15 minute drive to the U of A, 10 minutes to Downtown, 15 minutes to Banner University Medical Center, 5 minutes to Northwest Medical Center and 20 Minutes to the Tucson International Airport. The home has 3 Bedrooms, 2 Bathroom with 1 King bed, 1 Queen bed and 2 Twin Beds. Quiet community.
