About this property

Welcome to your "Sunrise" studio! This first floor studio apartment "B" with a KING BED, bath and small kitchenette is perfect for your St Augustine getaway. It is located in a triplex in the charming Fullerwood neighborhood, about 1 mile from the the old city gates and 2 from the beach, it is close to trolleys, the Fountain of Youth and the Old Jail and small shops and coffee houses. Free parking on the property for one car.
One bedroom king suite with small eat-in kitchen, private bathroom with tub/shower combo. The apartment is located on the bottom floor of triplex 1.5 miles from downtown, behind the Florida Motel. This is a downstairs unit with another unit above, you may hear footsteps. Please note that there is no stove, only a cooktop.
Free parking onsite (1 space provided in driveway). Additional free parking can be found on the street out front. Bike, drive, Uber, Lyft, or taxi to downtown.
We are available from 8am-10 pm eastern time. If you have an emergency during your stay then please call us!
We are located in lovely walkable Fullerwood just North of the old town right off of San Marco Avenue and behind the Florida Motel. Our neighborhood is walking distance from gems like Dos coffee shop and Creme de la Cocoa bakery! Please note that there is a train track a couple of blocks away and that you may occasionally hear trains, as well as mild traffic.

Because you are sharing the property with two other units, it is important that guests respect each other. House rules are enforced!
Welcome to Florida and "old" Florida at that! All of our properties are routinely treated for pests, but when the doors open they will come in... even if its only to live a very short while! Large flying roaches "Palmetto" bugs will occasionally fly in and will be dead by morning. Small gnats, mosquitoes, and fruit flies will "magically" appear depending on the time of year and conditions outside, and they love open or unclean glasses of wine or pop so please do your part! If you are walking anywhere in town remember to use a mosquito repellent as well since we are a very "buggy" old town!

Ok

I was disappointed in the room because of the moisture issue that I didn’t know about. The air conditioner didn’t work well and was missing the remote control. Not sure if I would recommend this to my friends. Also there should have been hooks in the bathroom and extra hangers.
