Dune Vacation Rentals Presents: Anchors Aweigh is a newly remodeled vacation rental home in Grayton Beach, Florida. With stunning views of the water and beach, a private pool, and a short stroll, 100 feet, to the beach access, this home is all you need to have a memorable vacation! Located in the heart of Grayton Beach, Florida, Anchors Aweigh offers 7 bedrooms and 7 bathrooms that can comfortably accommodate 16 guests.

The first floor treats you to a media space with cozy seating, a beverage refrigerator, and access to the sizable pool (can be heated for $65/day). There is a guest bedroom on this floor with two twin over full bunk beds. Additionally, there is a full bathroom with a shower/tub combo.

The second floor features the updated kitchen with stainless steel appliances, countertop seating, and stylish seating at the dining table. The living room has beautiful views of Grayton and the beach. There is a large balcony off of the living and dining room that is the perfect spot to relax with a beverage. The first guest bedroom on this floor has a king size bed and an en-suite bathroom with a tub/shower combo that doubles as a powder bath. The next bedroom has a queen size bed also with an en-suite full bathroom.

The third floor treats you to four bedrooms. The first is the master retreat that is complete with a king size bed, private bathroom with a soaking tub and walk-in shower, and access to the balcony. The next room has a king size bed, private bathroom, and access to the balcony. The remaining two bedrooms both have king size beds and private bathrooms with Gulf views.

The stairs lead you to the fourth floor tower that allows you to witness some of the most beautiful sunrises and sunsets over Grayton Beach. There is comfortable seating so you can stay and enjoy the cotton-candy skies and waves roll in.

- Elevator usage is not available for guests unless it is needed by an elderly or handicapped individual. Please contact Dune Vacation Rentals prior to the arrival date for such arrangements.
- Parking for 4 vehicles.
- No events, such as wedding receptions and other large gatherings are allowed. Only people sleeping in the home are allowed on this property. If violated, double cleaning fees, as well as other possible fees, will apply.
- No pet home. Per the signed Rental Agreement, any violation of the no pet policy will result in immediate eviction, plus additional cleaning charges.
- Home has 8 beach chairs and 4 umbrella stored in the garage for guests use

Pool/spa: This home may have a private pool and/or spa. Seasonal pool/spa heating is available upon request for $65/day plus tax. These cannot be heated separately as the water flows from the spa into the pool. If one is heated, they are both heated. Maximum temp for Pool is 90 degrees. Maximum temp for spa is 100 degrees. Pool and/or spa heat is not available during the warmer months from Memorial Day to September 30th.

Reservation/Booking Policy
- Minimum age: All properties require a minimum of one adult over the age of 26 be staying at the property throughout the rental term.
- A 50% deposit is due at the time of booking.
- Except for a $250 Cancellation Fee, deposits are fully refundable if cancellations are given 60 days prior to the arrival date.
- Balance of payment is due 60 days prior to the arrival date.
- Check-in begins at 4:00 PM and check-out is by 10:00 AM.
- Cleaning: Reservations made for more than 12 nights require a full clean during your stay. This will be added onto your total when checking out. Reservations for less than 12 days, have the option to add a mid-stay clean onto your reservation.
