Almost everything is brand new. Nice pool with a huge deck. Right across the street from the open bay with a restaurant and boat and waverunner rentals. Crab or fish off the dock. 3 block from boardwalk and beach. 1 bed. 1 futon couch

Property was clean, owner was great and communicated very well!! It was a bit awkward with the other unit being there with people and the owner above us. The only negative thing is my husband is 6’6 so the ceilings were a bit short for him.

The place was quiet and nice and close to every to every thing around the area. Downside is the owners stays above you in the other apartment. So its like your being watched

Okay except for late night yelling

The place is okay and as described. It's a first floor apartment. The location faces the main road coming into Seaside so it's not scenic. I was there for a fall fishing trip so I didn't care about that. A previous review mentioned that the owners lived upstairs. While I heard them moving around from time to time, it was no big deal, and I never saw them. However, at 12:15 AM on my last of 3 nights there, there was a loud argument upstairs with lots of swearing that woke me up out of a sound sleep even though I was wearing ear plugs. It's lasted at least 15 minutes. While the place served my purpose for my fishing trip, I wouldn't rent from them again because of the late night yelling.
