Newly renovated 3 bedroom home with heated pool.

Newly renovated 3 bedroom house with heated pool located close to the beautiful Venice beaches!
The space
We welcome you to our cozy, fully renovated house with a large private in-ground pool. The house has three bedrooms and enough room for 8 guests, along with two full bathrooms. The kitchen is stocked with all cookware and needed essentials. The house has everything you need for vacations, so you may kick back and relax. It is located close to many attractions if you're up for a short drive.

The space
Full Kitchen with all necessary utensils and cookware, with 2 bar stools.
Dining room has a huge table with 8 chairs with entrance to the pool.
Living room has two sofas that can be turned into sleepers, electric fireplace and & 55 inch Smart TV.

Bedroom 1 has a California King sized bed and a 55 inch smart TV, large free standing mirror and a clothing rack.
Bedroom 2 has a King sized bed and a big closet.
Bedroom 3 has a Queen sized bed, big closet and a desk.

Full Bathroom 1: Shower. Entrance between Bedroom 2 and 3.
Full Bathroom 2: Free standing bathtub. Entrance from bedroom 1. Washer and Dryer located behind wooden dividers.

Pool: Salt system pool. Some pool floats and toys in the brown box. HEATED. The pool is 7ft deep on the deep end. Kid's air slide available upon request, but you will have to air pump it yourself.

Patio: Round table with 4 Chairs. Patio Umbrella with Base. 2 Patio Chair Lounges. Gas BBQ Grill.

Guest access
The entire property is for the guest’s use. The entire house and private backyard with a pool.

Other things to note
The house is equipped with all essentials needed. There are cooking pots, smoothie maker, microwave, dishwasher, washer and dryer (detergents as well) outdoor furniture and BBQ. The pool is 7ft deep on the deep end. Beach essentials (beach umbrella / 2 beach chairs / cooler and beach towels are available upon request)

Other things to note
Please note that our water is filtered with salt system, however it comes from a private well and when used in large amounts it might come out yellowish (bathtub). Discoloration is the effect of a large amount of iron in the ground NOT because it is dirty or unfiltered. It is 100% safe to use.

The house was very clean and modern. Pool was nice and warm. Host very nice and responsive. The only problem was the beds and furniture not very comfortable but all else was fantastic.

Great Winter Escape

Great stay in Venice. The host provides a well stock kitchen, a large dining area which is great for families, and all one needs to enjoy the salt water pool! The house is in a quieter neighborhood but not far from the beach and variety of restaurant choices! The host was very helpful and quickly responded to our inquiries. We enjoyed the FREE Netflix!

The place is nice enough. Could use a deep cleaning. Had to wash dishes as I used them, many were dirty in the cabinet. The layout is good.The area of the house is cramped and the main road is super busy. For those reasons we wouldn’t rent this house in the area again.
