Worked out perfectly.

We were in Magnolia because we have family that lives there. This home was perfect for us to have some time to ourselves. The home has everything you need for cooking and laundry for the longer stays. It is with in walking distance to the bus which will take you downtown. (The bus schedule is very accurate) We stayed here for six weeks. We will definitely stay Here again.

Why they chose this property

This is a home that we love to stay in when we are up in Seattle visiting family. We had purchased to move up here and found that our employment changed. We loved the home so much that we didn't want to sell it. The interior was all recently remodeled in 2018 and we take a lot of pride in the home showing beautifully.

What makes this property unique

The home has both a front and back deck. The back deck overlooks a nature preserve that makes you feel like you are in the woods, but still in the heart of Seattle. The renowned Discover Park with its walking trails and beaches is just 1 block to the west. The ballard locks with the salmon swimming is a 10min walk with all the restaurants and hip bars in Ballard an easy walk from the home. Downtown Magnolia is also just a short 10min walk from the home as well. This home excudes peace and calm. We love it and hope that you do as well.
