Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Turn the thermostat to 55 degrees. Do not turn off heaters, may result in frozen pipes. Cabins with a hot tub must have jets shut off, cover on and locked. Wash, dry, and put away all dishes.
Remove all trash and take to the appropriate trash site location. See confirmation for address. Trash removal is the City/County Law and not our rule.
Text us at 909-403-3217 upon departure and leave the name of the cabin. Report any damages or information we should be aware of about the property.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Wash all dishes.
Per City/County ordinance, garbage must be taken by the guest to one of the locations listed on your confirmation.

Fun little getaway!

My husband and I loved our stay in this cabin. Its cozy, close to town, has everything you need + a hot tub! We would definitely stay here again.

5 for the Karcher house on Grizzly ct.!! From the communication from Elizabeth aknowlodging my preference to the ease of confirming my ID, everything went as smoothly as possible. Having the cabin as our base for the weekend allowed us the freedom to pursue activities and events that really maximized our enjoyment of our time spent in Big Bear! Thank you to all involved!

Very easy access and handy appliances, nothing was too difficult to figure out very close to attractions near by the lake and zoo! Especially likes the Jacuzzi and fireplace. Would recommend to friends and family thank you for the nice stay will be coming back soon.

Quiet 1bdrm/1ba cabin with a spa. Check in was easy as the process was sent via text the morning I arrived. Everything was explained or instruction provided (i.e. the spa, WiFi, etc) The bdrm had a very comfortable bed and ample storage. The kitchen had plenty of appliances, a gas range, and a large fridge. The only bit of a downside was the great room felt tight as there was too much furniture in the room. Checking out was simple: clean up, take out the trash (off site locations provided) and text when leaving. Overall, a nice place to relax for a weekend. Hope it's available next year.

Good experience

Hi, Overall had a really nice experience and enjoyed my stay very much. One thing is, the bed is very uncomfortable, to the point where i couldn't sleep and moved to the couch. I think getting a better mattress pad could make a big difference for visitors who stay here.

Great Cabin

This is our second time staying at the cabin. It was lovely as usual! The only recommendation is to please have matches or a full lighter available to start the fires and to replace the electric kettle as it has rust on the inside bottom. We had a terrible time trying to get a fire going. Not sure if the flue needs to be cleaned. We tried everything.

Nicely appointed cabin

We had a very nice stay at the Grizzly Bear cabin. The cabin is handsome with fine woodworking and excellent kitchen and bath. The hot tub was most enjoyable. We brought wood to burn in the fireplace but sadly, the gas control was locked up with no instructions to access it so we assumed we were not allowed to use it in the cool summer evening. Also, while coffee was provided , there was no sugar or creamer. That would have been nice. Everything else was fine. Would stay again.

Perfect little cabin in Big Bear

Stayed for a few night over Thanksgiving with my husband and our 2 kids (5 & 2 year old). We had a blast in the snow and the cabin is very comfortable with the wood burning fireplace & jacuzzi. We had a couple issues which the property managers helped us right away. We would definitely stay here again!
