About this property

Beautiful Secluded and Spacious 4 bedroom 3 bath home on northwest end of Siltcoos Lake. Next to the Oregon Dunes Recreation Area, this home is the perfect location for family and group gatherings. Close to everything! Furnished and fully equipped for large groups. Kitchen w/ dishwasher, microwave, drip coffee maker and loads of appliances. This is a 2- story home with gorgeous lake views and decks on both levels.

Outdoor BBQ and eating area on upper deck. All linens, some spices and kitchen condiments supplied (this can vary). Three TVs with cable, streaming and great separation of space (two separate living rooms!). Hot Tub outside with lake view. 12' X 18' Dock for boating, sunning, reading, painting and fishing. Ping-Pong table in large double garage. Sand dune buggy park and Honeyman State Park very close. Just bring your clothes and what you want to eat!!

UPPER LEVEL: Three bedrooms ( all queen beds) and 2 full baths. Living room, kitchen, dining room, and kitchen eating area. Upper deck w/ BBQ and outside seating.

LOWER LEVEL: One large bedroom (with 1 bunkbed and 1 double bed), full bathroom, large laundry room and big family room . Access to lower level deck, hot tub and yard.

We have a lot to offer! Quiet. Peaceful. Perfect for groups of friends/book clubs, artists or especially your family. Tons of choices of things to do, or a lovely quiet place to do nothing but listen to nature.

nice location, but a few glitches

It felt as though they weren't quite ready for us. The wifi password had been reset, the TVs were unplugged, the furnace wasn't working, the hot water heater wasn't working, dining room chairs were in the garage, and the promised canoe had apparently been stolen. After some hassles, we managed to get everything functioning except the canoe. The manager was very friendly and apologetic. The view was great and the hot tub very nice.

When I am not assisting guests or improving my homes, I am spending time with my family, rafting or enjoying a meal at one of Eugene's incredible eateries.

This is a very special neighborhood. Quiet, secluded and you couldn't ask for more privacy and relaxation. Being right on the lake with our own private dock. You just can't beat that. This home as been in my family's care for years.
