The property exceeded our expectations, and worked well for 2 grandparents and 2 teen girls. The beds were comfy and it was close to the beach (great beach chairs etc.) and activities for the girls. They liked the modern remodel.

Total construction site feet outside the back door. All roped off with danger tape, no access to the beach and a view of sand piles and large construction equipment. Falsly advertised and only offering a 300 refund. I expect nothing less than a full refund. Check out these pics

Derek, we’re sorry that the unexpected beach renourishment project impacted your experience. As we’ve discussed with you, we were not made aware of the construction in advance by the town, and you did not contact us with concerns until more than 30 hours after check-in. Despite expressing dissatisfaction, you chose to remain at the property for the entirety of your reservation, which indicates the home itself and its amenities were usable throughout your stay. Our host team spent significant time responding to your messages and reviewing the situation carefully. Although there were house rule violations noted after check-out, we are still issuing a partial refund in good faith to account for the temporary impact caused by the construction. Now that we are aware of this project, we are proactively reaching out to upcoming guests to discuss the situation in advance and review their options based on individual preferences.

This house was perfect for our family of 4! It isn’t the biggest place in town but has the perfect amount of space and the best location/view. The private boardwalk to the beach was great. The outdoor shower was much needed after days at the beach.

Wow! What a gorgeous place. So tidy and no detail left out! From a first aid kit to coffee necessities, the owners thought of it all. They even had beach chairs and towels! We really felt spoiled. The view is amazing. Really a dream come true weekend, thank you!

Kure Beachfront Oasis

This property was perfect for our family of four! It was beautifully decorated, very cozy, and had everything we needed for the week. We loved staying ocean front and the beach was absolutely perfect. We enjoyed exploring what Kure, Carolina Beach, and Fort Fischer had to offer as they were all very close. The hot tub was a bonus too!

Fantastic Beach Place!

This little jewel is snuggled in right on the beach and everything you need is right there. The house has a perfect little patio where you can see the water or tuck ib behind the landscape and enjoy the hot tub A simple but easy boardwalk takes you right to the sand and beautiful water. My girlfriends and I could not have picked a more perfect getaway. The simplest check in and out we have had yet and we vrbo twice a year! Thanks for a wonderful time

Truly amazing!! Property manager was so easy to work with, I had asked for flowers and wine to be there to celebrate my friends birthday and the flowers were beautiful!! And despite a flood in the area the home escaped damage, it was as advertised!!

Perfect couple getaway

Our stay at Summer Lovin was just right. We love the quiet neighborhood, and being so close to the dunes and the ocean. The kitchen was just right for cooking for two, and the living space was very comfortable. We came in the very hot time of year, and the air conditioning systems work great. Booked a stay here a few weeks in advance for my daughter's 20th birthday.On the evening before we were supposed to leave I asked if I could pay extra to check in early two hours.I then get a message back at 11 PM stating that they double booked the rental and that they had to cancel my trip.What a terrible experience, especially the night before we were supposed to leave.If I had not sent that message asking if we could check in early, this issue would not have been caught on time and we would've showed up with someone else trying to check in at the same time.
