The perfect getaway! Our beach home is a true gem and the perfect place to make new memories. It’s also pet friendly with prior approval. It has been fully updated and is equipped with everything you’ll need to have an amazing vacation. With just a short walk (or drive) to public beach access just down the street, you are only minutes to ocean and all the fun that awaits you at Kure Beach.

The inside of the home offers the following features:

Let’s start with this!! Pellet ice machine just like chic-fila! Yup! It’s as amazing as it sounds. As much as you want during your stay! ❤️👏🏽❤️

2 Bedrooms – A master bedroom with a king-sized bed, large closet, dresser, 2 night stand tables with drawers and a flat screen tv + a second bedroom that contains two spacious bunk beds with double sized bottom bunks, twin sized top bunks, night stand, shoe storage area with luggage stand and a dresser. Each bedroom has regular blinds and blackout shades to ensure the most restful sleep and includes linens!

2 Bathrooms – A bathroom with a shower/tub combination and one with a walk-in shower. Shampoo/conditioner and towels are provided for your convenience.

Large, Open Kitchen – This state of the art kitchen has stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, cooking utensils, a Keurig coffee machine (small regular coffee machine too) blender, a Cuisinart, ice cream maker and an under counter ice machine that makes ‘rabbit pellet’ ice cubes ideal for both drinks and filling your cooler to take to the beach.

Dining Area – Consists of a large dining table that expands to accommodate a larger crowd, as needed. It has a large cushioned bench and chairs for seating.

Cozy Living Room – A lot of care has gone into preserving the ‘old charm’ of the antique, knotty pine wood wall paneling while creating a very open, inviting respite. This is the original coast guard house of Kure Beach! A big sectional sofa (with a fold out double bed) is the perfect place to enjoy the large flat screen tv with Blu-ray player and a Bose radio. There is also built in storage in the corner of the living room containing board games, playing cards, puzzles, DVDs and much more for your entertainment.

The outside of the home offers the following features:

Top loading washer and dryer - Detergent is provided.

Private HUGE outdoor shower – The perfect area to rinse off the sun lotion and sand after a long day at the beach. The shower has both hot and cold water and an area to store your towel and clothes while you shower. It’s HUGE and totally private!

Undercover Carport – For storing your vehicle(s) or beach toys, especially nice on rainy days.

Clothing Line – For hanging up your wet bathing suits, clothes, towels so they can dry in the fresh ocean breeze.

Fully Fenced-In Backyard – A large, grassy area perfect for playing outside and doing cartwheels :) There is also a patio area with a couch, loveseat chairs, tables and a grill covered by a canopy to keep you cool on hotter days.

Outdoor Storage Building – Houses beach chairs, beach umbrella, fishing poles, beach toys, buckets, shovels, boogie boards, corn hole game portable for the beach, beach checkers, Bocce ball set, casting net, 2 adult bikes, and beach wagon for your use. WE SUPPLY ALL YOUR BEACH TOYS AND NEEDS SO YOU DONT HAVE TO!! Don’t forget we provide beach towels too!

There is seating in the front yard with a table for your drinks where you can actually sit and see the ocean! It's such a treat to say we "DO" have an ocean view! :) we are a dog friendly home but you must have approval prior to bringing your dog. 🐾

The town of Kure Beach is a bustling beach community and there is so much to enjoy in walking distance to the house to include the Atlantic ocean, pier, restaurants, playground, tennis and basketball courts, baseball field and Frisbee golf course. Inside our home, you will find a folder with detailed information on the many places to eat and activities to experience.

Nearby is Carolina Beach where you can drive your 4-wheel drive vehicle onto the beach at Freeman Park and a harbor where you can rent Sea Doos and deep sea fishing boats. There is also a very impressive NC Aquarium at Fort Fisher and access to the ferry system that can transport you to Southport and Baldhead Islands.

Our family has loved Kure Beach for 45 years with many generations having had the opportunity to enjoy this little piece of heaven. We have no doubt you will cherish your time here as much as we have in each and every season. Whether you are a family, a couple or just getting away by yourself for a bit of rest and relaxation, it’s the perfect place to reconnect, recharge and revel in the beauty around you.
