We both work in academics and we have lived in Claremont since 2014. We custom built this mini house in an underused part of our back yard for family and guests to enjoy. The neighborhood is very quiet and the house has very peaceful views of a grove of oak trees and the San Gabriel mountains in the distance.
Our family home is on the same property, but we have situated the Studio so that visitors can really feel like they have their own private space, both inside and out. The back yard is shared, however, so you may see us outside occasionally.
We'd like to share a few details about the house when you first arrive, but after that, the place will be all yours. We are available for any questions or local advice.
