You can visit Ski Run Marina after walking less than a mile too, meaning the lake is easily accessible for scenic strolls or picnics, or you can enjoy the casinos, restaurants, and nearby shopping. Make all your lakefront dreams come true by kayaking, paddle boarding, fishing, and sailing during the warmer months. When things are a bit colder, try your hand skiing at Heavenly Ski Resort not even a few miles away. Speaking of which, a shuttle is also available to take you to the resort, so skiing is always an option. Step out onto the shared front porch while sipping your morning coffee to hear the birds sing and the wildlife wake up.

Upon entry, you'll be met with a bright interior and a cozy atmosphere throughout the well-appointed space. Relax and make yourself at home by resting on the plush furniture, streaming your favorite movies on the TV, or curling up with a good book by the crackling fire in the fireplace. Tahoe is home to many animals. You may experience bears, raccoons, mice, and other animals. Meadows are home to many rodents. When these areas are filled with water or snow, these animals move to homes in the area. You may experience these animals in or near your home.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
