Very family friendly.Very convenient location walkable to lots of conveniences. We made it work but the twin beds in one of the bedrooms were basically on the floor fine for kids but we had 2 adults sharing the room.

I feel like it’s important to share all this. The photos of this location can really set expectations wrong. It’s not as big as it looks. Not enough living room comfy space for lounging. There is no actual game room. The entire house creeks when you walk. The walls are thin. The beds in the kids room were extremely uncomfortable - they’re basically mattresses on the floor. The price extremely high for a home like this. But I understand it’s a holiday weekend and the location does help. Walking for coffee and a lake view is a nice option to have.

The place was clean but had several issues:*front door was hard to lock*pilot on the fireplace was on and emitting heat*peeling paint in downstairs bathroom*kitchen window over sink won’t open*screen door to back has an opening (for a pet door) that let insects in*we found a sharp utility knife blade on the ground in the back yard*upstairs common bathroom missing top of faucet and leaks, it also drained slowly the whole time, also one window won’t open*shower door in common bathroom missing handle*on the 2 king beds the sheets were very worn and fitted sheets wouldn’t stay on the bed*outlet by foosball table died and light doesn’t work*2nd nightstand lamp in queen room doesn’t work*dresser in king bedroom (not primary) drawers don’t work*crawlspace door almost fell on someone when we first arrived (but it was fixed quickly when we reported it)I have stayed in a lot of rentals and based on my experience, this rental needs a lot of maintenance - I would not stay here again.

The house itself was nice and in a good location. We had two issues, the twins are not a full persons twins. They are for children. This was not clear from the images and we had two six foot children who could not fit. Also, multiple windows would not open. They said they would send someone to fix but they never came. The neighborhood is cute and really well located.
