Very clean and comfy property. We loved the decor. Both beds were awesome- we slept great! Kitchen and bathroom amenities were a very nice touch :) Onsite gated parking a plus.

Everything went smoothly, no issues, clean and had everything we needed. Free parking a plus! Easy walk to downtown just be prepared to walk uphill at the end of your day! Otherwise great place to stay, would stay here again!

Property and unit were very nice and in a safe neighborhood. We walked to Broadway both during the day and at night and felt safe. It is about 6 blocks to get to Broadway from the unit so plan on a bunch of walking. Take comfortable shoes. It is the city so there is lots of noise like sirens and cars but that is too be expected. Gated parking was also nice.

Property was a decent value for alternatives in downtown Nashville. It was clean. Well equipped kitchen. Parking was a plus. Walking to Broadway was not as close as expected. Mid to upper 90s temps definitely had something to do with that! Bedroom was next to busy street and active fire dept which interrupted our sleep several times. But again it was a decent enough value for a couple nights stay.

Thank you for staying with us! For future guests, if you’re coming to Nashville for Broadway, this location is hard to beat. We’re just FOUR blocks away and the only complex in all of downtown Nashville offering FREE parking. Nearby hotels can easily run around $400/night plus parking. Our condos are modest, but clean, comfortable and full of thoughtful extras. We provide coffee, toiletries and even toothbrushes, plus a private balcony, two free parking spaces and easy self check-in. We love our guests and accommodating our people is simply what we do! As clearly disclosed in our listing, the fire station is across the street. Downtown Nashville comes with city sounds, but it also comes with incredible walkability and being minutes from the fun. And a quick note for future guests: vacation-rental stars aren’t hotel classifications; they reflect an individual guest’s experience. After thousands of stays, we’re incredibly proud that 99.3% of our ratings are 5 stars. We’ll keep working hard to earn every one. ❤️

This is a great location within walking distance to Broadway. We felt safe walking to and from downtown. There is secure parking within a gate. We enjoyed many a morning and evening on the balcony. The bed was comfortable. The air conditioning worked well. We appreciated the coffee and snacks the owner provided.We would stay here again.

The hosts were great at answering our questions prior to our arrival and were very accomodating. The property was close enough to walk to Broadway in about 10 min. The condo had everything you could need, but we ate out and did't really utilize the kitchen. The only thing I would add is a safe. I would recommend for 2 people or 2 adults with kids. Not real private sleeping areas for adults. Worked great for us as a couple!

Jessica and Tyler are wonderful hosts. They think of everything. We were there during the ice storm of a century and they provided updates while we drove about the power situation. They offered an alternative location when they couldn’t get the place cleaned due to road conditions. The location is perfect for walking everywhere. They are not only friendly but organized and a joy to work with.
