THE SPACE:

Perfect for families, friends celebrating a special occasion, or business colleagues.

The townhome’s stunning glass staircase and ample windows, allow natural light to flood throughout the house.

PRIME LOCATION:
-Ten minute walk to the some of the highest rated restaurants/breweries on Larimer St and the heart of RiNo (arts district). Cart Driver is my fav!
-Walk to Coors field 0.6 Miles
-0.9 Miles to the Convention Center
-0.6 miles to Curtis Park
-5 Min drive to Downtown
-1-2 miles to Union Station, Ball Arena and Broncos stadium (Empower Field at Mile High). - Next to major highways for easy access to the ski resorts, Red Rocks Amphitheater, and Boulder
NOTE: Located across the street from a daytime homeless resource center. As is common in any major city, you will see homeless people.

-Bedroom 1 - Spacious guest bedroom is equipped with 2 queen beds, a full bath with a tub/shower in the hallway, and a wall of glass that leads to a lovely private backyard. The backyard features a table and seating, providing a perfect space to relax and unwind.
-2 car private garage.
- Access to private backyard

*MAIN LEVEL:
- A fully equipped European style kitchen, with custom Berloni cabinets, quartz countertops, a 5-burner gas range, and a breakfast bar that seats 4.
-A dining room that can accommodate large groups/families.
-The living room features a see-through fireplace and comfortable seating area with a TV.
-A small deck/balcony and a powder room complete this level.
-We allow smoking/vaping of marijuana on this level inside with the air purifiers on. No tobacco smoking inside; outside is OK.

*UPPER LEVEL:
-Primary bedroom with a king-size bed and a sofa bed & TV. 5-piece en-suite bathroom and a large walk-in close. Includes dedicated workspace (desk and chair).
-Guest bedroom features a king-size bed, a walk-in closet, a full-length mirror and a dedicated workspace (desk/chair).
-A hall bath with a bath/shower combo and a washer/dryer closet with an iron and ironing board are also available on this level.
-Dedicated workspace in hallway (desk/chair)
-A balcony

*ROOFTOP DECK:
-The rooftop deck is the epitome of luxury with a hot tub, a wet bar, a grill, a dining area, and a lounge area with ample seating.
-A large cantilevered umbrella and a fire pit complete this outdoor oasis that offers stunning views of the city.

GUEST ACCESS:
Guests have access to the whole space including the 2 car private garage.

Guests will NOT have access to the studio apartment in the basement and a locked owners’ closet.

No mailbox access. Deliveries are welcome and come to the door.

The townhome is centrally located in a perfect spot for accessing all of the downtown neighborhoods by foot or are a short Uber/scooter ride away. Great place for large group
Picked this place to host a bachelor party and it didn't disappoint. Huge place with plenty of sleeping options and amenities. Great location within walking distance of great food and drink. Highly recommend!

Girls Weekend
A few of us adult ladies planned to get away for Presidents’ Day weekend. We could not have chosen a better place. Rachael and Bobby were on top of every question we had and have a beautiful property. There is a homeless day shelter across the street but we did not feel unsafe, and had no interactions with them at all. The garage is fantastic to park two cars in, the upper deck and hot tub was amazing and we had a fantastic weekend. I would definitely recommend.

Great house and great communication
My co-workers and I needed a place to stay and work on some UX projects and this house delivered. Beautiful space with a huge table that could seat up to 15 people. Awesome rooftop patio for taking in sunny skies and downtown. Location is walking distance to fantastic restaurants and everything else you need (Uchi is just a 7 minute walk). While there is a pretty large homeless population up and down the street, we never felt unsafe and the street was quiet after dark. Hosts stayed in contact every day to make sure we had everything we needed in this well-stocked home.
