Located less than two miles from downtown Bethany Beach and the boardwalk, this gorgeous home is about to make your dreams of a breezy and carefree vacation come true. Find wonderful attractions within a seven-mile drive, including John West Park, Fenwick Island State Park, Discoversea Shipwreck Museum, Viking Golf & Go-Karts, and Freeman Arts Pavilion.

This home is all about outdoor living and you are about to discover why! Delight yourself with beautiful views of the nearby pond from the back decks and balcony. One of the back decks features an inviting seating area. There is also an outdoor dining area if you would like to host warm-weather get-togethers with your loved ones! The ground level features a garage where you can find several beach chairs and an enclosed outdoor shower, which is perfect for rinsing off. Please note there is no elevator - only steps up to the second and third levels. Additionally, there are two adult bikes, four children's bikes, and two children's scooters if you would like to explore the neighborhood from another point of view. And if you are in the mood for a refreshing splash, make sure to head over to the community outdoor pool!

Inside, this air-conditioned home provides the perfect mix between comfort and entertainment. The living room has an assortment of comfortable sofas throughout along with a shuffleboard game. Board games have been provided as well to add even more entertainment sources to your stay. The fully-appointed kitchen will shine when mealtime comes around! This beautiful and open space boasts sparkling appliances that will make cooking a breeze, as well as a mini-fridge and a wine fridge in the freestanding cabinet there. Additional amenities include a washer/dryer on-site, a monitor, a keyboard, and a printer that guests are free to use. Guests may need to replace printer ink.

All guests shall abide by our good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

There is a fold-out bed that would be suitable for a child in the fifth bedroom.
Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
