This deluxe residence boasts 10-foot ceilings, where spaciousness harmonizes with quality furnishings, creating an ambiance that seamlessly combines comfort and sophistication. Every corner exudes an air of comfortable, spacious living.

This home unveils an open-air plan seamlessly connecting indoor and outdoor living, crowned by a refreshing private saltwater pool and Spa. The primary Suite offers a private sanctuary, while two additional bedrooms provide comfort for family or guests. The fully equipped kitchen is open to the family room and becomes the heart of this inviting space, where culinary delights and cherished moments unite effortlessly.

Shopping: Minutes away: TJ-Maxx, Marshalls, The Cocoplum Village Shops, Port Charlotte Town Center, or Fishermen's Village.

Dining: within minutes, Outback, Serious Steak, Longhorn, Olive Garden and much more.

PRIVATE POOL
A Saltwater Pool and Spa, thoroughly screened so you can enjoy an insect-free environment for lounging poolside or preparing dinner on the BBQ. The pool has a removable safety fence that keeps little ones from accidentally wandering into the pool.
NOTE: Pool/Spa heating is optional. There is an additional charge for heating the Pool and Spa.

FAMILY ROOM
The spacious family room contains a leather sectional sofa with a chaise lounge, coffee table, and reading lamp. In addition, there is a 65" flat panel TV and an assortment of games and books. The Sliding doors open to the pool.

KITCHEN
This full-sized kitchen contains all the comforts of home and a breakfast bar with stools. The large side-by-side stainless steel fridge/freezer dispenses ice and filtered water through the door. The Stove is a flat cooktop range that is easy to keep clean, with an over-the-stove microwave, toaster, and coffee maker. The cabinets contain dishes, silverware, glassware, baking & cookware, cookie sheets, cutlery, and cooking utensils. Add food from the nearby grocery store, and you're ready for a vacation full of gourmet dining.


BEDROOMS
Primary Suite: This room has a king-size bed with nightstands. The Amoire includes a 46" TV and a sliding door walk out the lanai. The primary bath area contains a long counter with dual sinks, a walk-in shower, a garden tub, a separate toilet, a closet and a ceiling fan.

LOCATION
The property is located between Punta Gorda and Venice, Florida. The property has easy access to Interstate 75.
Airports - Ft Meyers and Sarasota airports are 45 Min away, and Tampa is 1.5 hours away. Orlando and Fort Lauderdale are 2.5 hours away.

DINING ROOM
The formal dining room is spacious. The table is glass with wrought iron and has seating for six.

LAUNDRY ROOM
The Laundry room contains a front-load washer and dryer, iron and ironing board.

SECURITY CAMERAS - There are NO Security Cameras in the house or living spaces.
The property has security cameras monitoring the exterior and garage of the house. You may view the security camera monitor at any time during your visit.
NOTE: One camera in the pool area points towards the house. On arrival, we will put a mask on that camera. A mask means that the camera records black.

PARKING - Outdoors in the driveway.

Contains Pool noodles, Cooler, Beach chairs for the sand and water, Beach umbrellas, and children's toys for the beach

Your reservation must state the number of adults and children staying in the house. Failure to do so will result in additional charges.

Enjoyed our stay at this lovely home. Clean, plenty of instructions and communication. Pool area was awesome- temperature was perfect (we paid extra for heating and well worth it). Quiet neighborhood. Would recommend for anyone not wanting to stay in the busy downtown.

Good Christmas trip

The property is extremely clean and organized so that you know where to find things. There are notes around the house with directions. The pool and hot tub are very nice and private. We did a lot of traveling from this location and found it to be pretty convenient to go to the beach, to head down to Ft myers area. There are a large amount of places to eat nearby. The neighborhood was safe as well.

This is a modern design house with high end furniture and in excellent shape. House temperature, pool & hot tub temperatures are set by owner but were reasonable. Had to call to figure out how to do a few things but owner was VERY responsive and detailed. We definitely will consider renting again.

tranquil Florida retreat

The house is beautiful and beautifully appointed; even the kitchen has everything a good cook would need. This is not the usual, at least in our long history of renting houses, and my husband the chef was very impressed with the quality of the cookware and other equipment. The owner was very attentive from afar and attended to even the smallest concerns very quickly. We highly recommend this house.

Kurth's place was perfect for us (two adults, three kids). Everything was in great shape, and the kitchen was really well stocked with dishes, pots and pans, etc. We used the pool every day! Sadly, there was red tide while we were in the area, so no beach days, but the garage was also well stocked with items for the beach. I especially loved having the garage door opener and space in the garage to park. The location is also pretty central—close to both North Port's downtown(ish) area and Port Charlotte, and there's a Publix down the street. We would definitely stay here again and will look for Kurth's place the next time we're back in the area! Thanks so much for a great stay!

Why hotel when you can have 5-star accomodations

Great communication right from booking with owner. This house is located in a quiet residential neighborhood just north of Port Charlotte area. House is located about 10 min. drive from I-75 and 7 min. drive to food and shopping near Port Charlotte Town Center. Also baseball spring training facilities of T.B. Rays and Atlanta Braves (Coming in 2020) are 11 min. and 24 min. respectively. 40-45 min. to beach, Sarasota, or Fort Myers. Owner has taken great consideration to make stay very accommodating. Everything you need is here. cooking, bathing, beach, washer/dryer, items all here for your use. Wi-Fi, dvd's, and books to use to help keep you occupied on a rainy day. House has lanai and heated pool. Private king master bed/bath quarters on one side of house and 2 queen bedrooms/bath on other. Garage to use for your car or rental. Air conditioned for the hot/humid days. Thanks for a great stay!

Great house and pool but they give you NO CONTROL OF AIR TEMP In HOUSE

It would have been perfect, however we had NO control over the thermostat and air temperature in the house. It is on a set system that does no go below 75. It took 3 nights for them to compromise and go down to 73 at night. Didn't get that temp until well after 9 pm when our kids go down earlier. Their rooms were warm when they went to bed as the they were the warmest in the house. I have never been in a rental where you dont get to control the temperature. It was extremely inconvenient and unacceptable. It ruined the first three nights of our trip as I was constantly trying to get in touch with the owner and having to go back and forth with this issue. So I want to make sure everyone in the future is aware of this especially if they enjoy sleeping with lower (reasonable) temperatures. Since they refuse to make it clearly known to their guests beforehand and made no attempt to accommodate for the inconvenience.

Pre Christmas Get Together

This home was a beautiful, comfortable and roomy haven for our travel group. The owner was easy to contact and corrected our minor concerns promptly. The lanai and pool deck were private, spacious and allowed our group to stretch out in this area during the warmth of the day. Our group traveled to Boca Grand for charter fishing, Venice for snorkeling and shelling and even Tampa for a trip to Busch Gardens. The location was central to all of these activities and close to many shops and services in Port Charlotte. The kitchen was well appointed and we did all of our cooking at the unit, including a 15 pound turkey dinner with all of the trimmings! We did not use the wi-fi as everyone had access by cell phone at the house, despite having multiple carriers. The TV was huge and there was access to every sports event my guys wanted to watch. Check out was easy and quick. I highly recommend this unit for families wanting to reconnect from COVID but still avoid the crowds and restaurants.

Amazing time reuniting with family!

Clean, expansive Florida home. Everything we could have hoped for, and more! Pictures did not do this property justice... Kurth was the perfect host, guiding us via phone/ text communications. We shall plan on booking this home again, no doubt. Beautiful memories to remember forever.
