About this property

Feel the ocean breeze while relaxing on your expansive front porch. We're located at 1401B Street on a corner lot 2 blocks from the beach in a friendly family neighborhood. Our comfortable 3 bedroom, 1 bath house is newly renovated with all new furniture and a kitchen that's appointed with a stove, refrigerator/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, coffee bar and island. Supplied with dinnerware, pots and pans, baking sheets, glassware, utensils, coffee maker, and new sheets, blankets and new towels. As a bonus we offer band new bath towels for every renter.

This is two family with a full time, single tenant on the second floor. We cater to families only, no groups. Washer dryer-and an outdoor shower provided as well. There's a fenced in yard for family barbecues and another yard for kids to play. You'll love the family atmosphere of Belmar! Weekly and monthly rates available. Winter rental also available from Sept through April at $2990 per month and great discounts are also available for multi-monthly stays from September through May. 3 month minimum.

Great Beach House

Great location. We stayed off-season (September) and everything was great. Place is lovely and location is great. Belmar is a great town with lots of restaurants and great outdoor activities. The boardwalk is awesome!

Fantastic beach vacation

The house was perfect for our relaxing beach vacation. It was clean and fresh and well stocked. Close enough to the beach and shops and restaurants on Main Street, so we didn’t have to use the car often. We even walked to the supermarket and farmer’s market. Gary and Elaine were great hosts - responsive and lovely. Five stars for sure. Would do it again in a heartbeat

Great stay!

For our annual family get together we found the perfect spot only a few blocks from the beach with a great porch we could regroup together every night. The hosts were super wonderful and responsive and check in on us!

Updated Belmar charm

Great Family Vacation

This place was great for my family of 4. The neighborhood was quiet and the walk to the beach was a breeze. The house is newly renovated and really comfortable. Jerry was very responsive to our questions and made us feel really welcomed. We can't wait to go back!
