Pizza Friday

Magnificent 26-acre waterfront property just off the Potomac River. This secluded, quiet waterfront oasis boasts four-bedroom and two-full baths with large picture windows offering panoramic water views from almost every room. The large updated kitchen features stainless appliances, ample cabinetry, granite countertops, and a breakfast nook. There is a large sunny dock, a brand new pizza oven, kayaks and a canoe to enjoy the water. If you're looking for the perfect weekend getaway, this is it!

The space:
Pizza Friday sits between the guest house and a barn. The guest house is a separate rental property. The barn will be locked and is not for guest's use. Please take a look at the arial photos at the end of the listing to see the proximity of the Pizza Friday to the guest house. The dock beautiful - there are always eagles, osprey and heron flying across the water; crabs and fish swimming by the dock, and very few properties in sight. A corn-hole set can be found in the storage bin next to the back porch. Puzzles and board games can be found in the closet of the bunk bed room. It is a very peaceful getaway.

* On Saturday's, in the summer months, from 9am - 1pm, there is a farmer's market on Three Notch Road.

Pizza Friday Awesomeness

We stayed for a long weekend for a swim meet. Our 3 teen boys enjoyed exploring the property. The house was fabulous and the hosts were great to work with. We are very happy we chose this place!

Family Wedding

A perfect experience for our family of 6! Beds were comfortable, kitchen was well stocked, it was cozy and very peaceful. Our highlight was using the outdoor Pizza oven!! It was a fun experience and one that the entire family enjoyed! Highly recommend this property!

Peaceful retreat

During a hectic wedding weekend, this property was a tranquil retreat. We had a large group so all rooms were occupied, but nice to have a space to close the door and find some alone time. Some of the beds weren't the most comfortable for adults but we made it work. House had all the things we needed.

Gem of a place to stay near St Mary's

We've been coming to St Mary's for a number of years for big Maryland Swimming meets. I only wish we had found this wonderful place sooner. This is by far the nicest place we have stayed in near St Mary's College. Wonderful secluded place with an amazing view. The house is beautiful inside and out. Great fully stocked kitchen where we were able to make some nice meals. Super comfortable places to sit and relax. Plenty of space for my whole family.The owner was great to work with.Highly recommend this spot!

Family Wedding

We were attending a family wedding at Woodlawn Estate Farm, just a 7 minute drive away. This property was perfect for our 3 generations….even the eighty year old grandparents (just two steps to get in and no steps once inside). Plenty of room for everyone…..and gorgeous views through the large windows. Very clean and nicely decorated. Owner very responsive and wonderful to work with. Only regret was we couldn’t stay longer!
