Relax at the beach with the whole family. Brand new home built in 2019 located on the end of a wooded cal-de-sac in the private and friendly Sawgrass community.

Two pools, gyms, and clubhouses along with basketball & tennis courts. Convenient to downtown Rehoboth and Lewes.

Convenient 10 minute drive to Lewes, Rehoboth, or Dewey. Halfway down route 1, you'll be within minutes of the best restaurants, shopping, and grocery stores at the beach.

Great family time

Lots of space for the four of us, perfectly outfitted for our week! Route 1 traffic means extra planing time, but there is lots to enjoy and we had a fantastic time!

Family vacation

It was an amazing week in Rehoboth! Even though we had some rain, it was a lot of fun! We loved staying at this location! Peter, the host, was amazing and responded to any questions we may have had! We loved the neighborhood, animals such as deer that visited, and so much more! We will definitely be back to visit!
