Pelicans and More!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Strand. Morning coffee on our deck, perched over a picturesque canal leading into the bay, was a highlight of each day. Pelicans and fishermen competed over jumping fish, while the occasional kayaker or paddle boarder silently drifted by. The condo was nicely appointed, making it so easy to just relax or dine at home. The Strand’s common pool, and fitness room, were close and well outfitted and maintained. We found ourselves using them far more than we had expected. The responsive owner/property manager ensured that everything went smoothly, from check-in to check-out, one month later. With respect to location, it was a just a short drive to central downtown, bay front, or the beaches, which was actually very convenient. We just missed the luxury of being able to walk from our abode to the many theaters, restaurants, and music venues in this vibrant city.
