Relaxing, one story 2 BR/2Bath condo in central Palm Desert. The community is quiet, peaceful and a beautiful place to stroll around the grounds. Running streams and ponds are located through out development. Front courtyard and rear patio with comfortable patio furniture allow our guest to enjoy the wonderful desert outdoor experience. The attached garage is convenient and makes it easy to check in and out.

Gerry and Karen own this condo. We enjoy living here part of the year. We offer this condo for rent when we can't be in Palm Desert. We own another home in the Northwest. Palm Desert offers so many amenities such as The Living Desert, McCallum Theater, hiking in the desert, many local golf courses, pickleball and tennis courts. Our home is furnished for your comfort. It is completely furnished with kitchen appliances , comfortable good beds, and bathrooms with showers and safety holds. Just bring is your suitcase and enjoy fun, sun, and our beautiful desert. 28 day minimum stay

We are centrally located in Palm Desert. Golf, parks, walking trails, restaurants, shopping, living desert, El Paseo, McCallum Theater are all close by. The landscape in our community is beautiful and the location is superb. Many residents walk and ride their bikes within the community. Our community is gated so it is quieter than some.

Front and rear patios so what ever time of day, there is shaded and sunny areas. The garage is attached and ours is an end unit with only one attached wall. Views are lovely. 28 day minimum stay
