Great place in an awesome location. Just steps away from the marina. Great food at the marina, as well. Owner was very easy to work with and responded immediately to our questions.
The rental was very beautiful and the view of the lake was amazing. My husband and I had a great time there. We really enjoyed the screened in porch that had a wonderful view of the lake. The Marina restaurant across the little drive was awesome and very friendly. They have great food! We would love to return and bring our grandchildren for another visit.
If you are a person who has difficulties walking up, hills may have to watch out for your climb up from your parking spot to the trailer but once you are in the screened in porch, the best part is the view and the screened in porch no doubt the best place to be And enjoy the sights set out there every morning to watch the sunrise so peaceful and calm I personally would stay again bathroom and hallway, a little small but that’s your only complaint the walk up in the bathroom and hallway. Everything else is nice.
On a positive note: Great view and cute camper with screened in porch! Marina is just across the street along with a place to grab a quick meal.
Our negative was: nobody in this area leashes their dogs! They run and roam free. A neighboring dog even jumped up on the steps barking and was trying to paw their way into the screened in porch and we had to put our dogs inside.
We were there to attend a weekend event at Loretta Lynns Ranch not far from here and were gone from the place from 7am til around 7 pm or so each day. We left the event on Saturday afternoon and when we got cell service we had received an email that said:
"You are breaking our HOA’s rules with three Pitbulls. You should have asked before hand if that was okay. The neighbors threatened to call the cops so you will have to leave. I will offer a partial refund for the rest of the days. Sorry again but rules are rules"
We responded multiple times to try to figure out what was going on because none of that was true. We had to pack up and move out with no place to go based on false information! The last message to owner was:
"Can we get some clarification of the situation please? We did not have 3 dogs nor we do not have pit bulls. We were gone each morning by 7am and didn't return until 7-8ish each night because we were at the TN Trail Jam all weekend. We have no idea what happened or anything."
So far- no response and no refund as stated in the owners message.
