Needa Brannon has lived on the Emerald Coast of Florida since 1979 and has seen the growth as it has evolved over the years as an awesome location for primary homes as well as second homes and investment properties. She fell in love with design in college. Soon after she became a realtor, she became madly in love with buying Florida beach homes to design with coastal vacation home decor. Always striving for that perfect vacation for visitors. She wants your vacation to be all that you have imagined it to be. Owners own several homes in Seacrest.
