Unfortunately, situations where adults rent properties on behalf of underage or very young groups have become a major concern throughout the vacation rental industry. For that reason, our listing and rental agreement clearly state that groups under 25 are not permitted unless accompanied by a responsible adult for the duration of the stay. These policies are in place to protect the property, neighboring guests, and the overall guest experience. The Ring camera referenced is located outside at the front entrance for security and occupancy monitoring purposes only, which is standard practice for many vacation rentals. We initially checked the camera after receiving a noise complaint during the stay. When additional visitors arrived beyond the maximum occupancy listed in the rental agreement, we reached out to address it immediately. We work hard to maintain a clean, safe, and respectful environment for all guests and appreciate those who understand and follow the house rules prior to booking.
