Updated townhome close to I-10/I-12 and major hospitals. 10 mins to LSU. This is a two story unit with both bedrooms upstairs and main bathrooms upstairs. Both beds are queen beds. There is a half bath downstairs. Townhome includes washer, dryer and refrigerator inside the unit. You have access to 2 covered parking spots right outside of the unit. All utilities, wi-fi and trash included. Internet is 250 Mbps. TV's are all smart so you are able to login into your apps for your shows. No pets.
