Welcome to your sanctuary in the middle of Los Angeles! Besides it's designer-touch decor and it's fully equipped gym - it is 30 mins to beach, 20 mins to Hollywood and 10 mins to downtown! It has a huge kitchen, large dining room and a great backyard for lounging, eating or playing! Pups are welcome in this fully fenced backyard. Large driveway gate makes the back yard super private. Cute vintage pet friendly home

The kitchen was well stocked and we were happy to be able to park 2 cars on the side of the house. Loved having the fireplace and a backyard for our pet. The host was quick to respond to our texts and the street was quiet.

Lovely house

Great Rose Bowl weekend!

Liz's home was the perfect place for our family trip to the 2024 Rose Bowl game. It was very clean and had everything we needed. And the drive to Rose Bowl stadium was only ~30 minutes! Looking forward to staying again sometime.

Great location, good for pets, felt like home

We loved our stay. The home was super cute and had so many neat features including an additional exercise room with a treadmill, and a comfy outdoor living space. We especially loved all of the books that were spread throughout the house, and the garden which contained an orange tree, a fig tree, and a lime or lemon tree. We were happy to be able to keep our vehicle in the back behind a locked gate which was easily accessed with a garage door opener. The home was super friendly for our dogs as well. The house was complete with dog bowls, a separate garbage for their poop, and a dog brush. The kitchen was also well stocked and even had a straw cleaner. The location was also convenient. We were close to Universal Studios and Santa Monica Pier/Venice beach and also visited Little Tokyo. I definitely recommend this place.

Why they chose this property

This house is over 100 years old and has so much amazing character! There is a lovely backyard that feels really private and quiet and the backhouse gym is an awesome bonus!

What makes this property unique

This neighborhood is PERFECT!! 20 mins to Hollywood and Universal, 10 mins to downtown, 20 mins to the beach and pretty close to LAX and even Disney! I know all of my neighbors and it is a really quiet and safe block!
