This home was well stocked and cozy. Our family enjoyed it immensely. It was an easy drive to Willamette Pass for skiing! Our only issue was our escape artist dog was able to squeeze through the gate out of the fenced yard. Otherwise, our stay was wonderful!!
It was such a nice property and kitchen was well stocked. Loved the wildlife walking around the back and seeing bunnies play out front. We will definitely stay here again.
Good location a few miles outside of Lapine Beautiful master suite and bathroom. Rabbits and deer in front yard Overall great stay and a great weekend!
Nice house, but heating system was noisy as well as refrigerator. Not well stocked, only had a couple coffee cups and 2 wine glasses. Nice quiet area, living room and kitchen are nice as well as master bedroom and bathroom
We really enjoyed the stay and the 2-acre setting out of La Pine. Saw lots of deer and even large rabbits on the property. Close to nearby sites around the area. Had our friends over from Montana and showed them around the area and then took them to the Cowboy Dinner Tree for dinner. The location of the house was perfect, and the place was very clean! Thanks!
1st time staying here and we on now we want to make it an annual trip. Everything was just as it said it was going to be, quiet location and wonderful for having the dogs and not worrying about them leaving the nicely fenced in yard. Host was very quick to answer any questions I had before the stay. Would highly recommend.
Terrific place to stay off the beaten path yet close to lots of activities. The fenced yard and dog friendly owners allowed for our whole family to enjoy a spring break trip to central Oregon. The accurate listing left us with no surprises and a enjoyable stay.

Great location to access hiking opportunities in Central Oregon. Phenomenal layout and stocking with material needed to cook great meals.
The house was clean and very comfortable. The master bathroom was amazing and the beds so comfortable. It was nice to walk around outside and see deer and birds.
Trip was amazing, spot was amazing, and not just allowing dogs but extremely pet friendly. Even had a heavy duty rope leash for us to use and doggy blankets and bed. Will definitely be back
We came to escape all the fireworks and have a vacation for the dog. It was amazing, we watched deer, rabbit, chipmunks, and so many stars. The house was super comfortable, awesome beds, great kitchen, even in all the heat the house stayed very comfortable.

This was an amazing property out in the woods about 2 miles off the highway. A beautiful house and property and wildlife abundant! Verry quiet, peacefull and relaxing. Definatly will be my first choice when we stay in the area again.
Peaceful dog friendly home with large fenced in property
Had such a wonderful stay for my 30th birthday. Stocked with kitchen supplies and tons of other amenities. My dogs absolutely loved having the fenced in 2 acres to run around. Very clean and comfortable. The road getting in is a bit bumpy but not an issue. I would highly recommend this property.
What a find! We were looking for a peaceful getaway to recharge and we found it at this home. We enjoyed using the home as a base to explore nearby lakes and museums as well as the friendly town nearby. Our dogs loved the fenced acreage and we found the home well equipped, especially in the kitchen. It was easy to stay there much of the time (and we did), simply unwinding in the cozy space. Thanks for a lovely stay.
We enjoyed our stay in this quiet house out in the country, watching rabbits, birds and deer right out the front window. It is an older home but has been updated and nicely decorated. It was fully equipped in the kitchen...even had a coffee grinder which was great for us! Communication with the owner was great--quick responses to any questions I had. It was a little further out of town than we realized, but it turned out not to be a real problem.
I just want to say that our stay at the cabin was a great experience. A group of our friends have been camping in La Pine area for many year. We go once a year. One of our friends told us that his doctor said he could no longer camp in a tent. This cabin was a life saver and helped us include our friend in our yearly tradition that had been going on for 20 years. We had all the comforts of home and were able to be close to our normal campsite. Allison was very good at responding to our text and giving us information about what we needed to do. This was my first Vrbo experience and it was a pleasant one.
The dog loved chasing my twin grandsons around (but she didn’t try to chase the bunny’s). We loved looking out and seeing all the bunny’s.
The only think I can think of that could have been better was if I didn’t have to keep checking g on the wildfire. 😉
We will check to see if the house is available when we return next year.
Five star.

We enjoyed the wildlife, deer, rabbits, squirrels
It was beautiful weather and unfortunately no screens on doors and most windows. The flies were unbelievable and unbearable. We brought food to cook on the BBQ, it was a small weber a foot off the ground and full of "stuff". We also brought firewood for the fire pit. Umm, that was not meant to be either.
Horse shoes and pits would have been nice, or maybe corn hole game.
