Redington Beach Guest House

This was a place that had both pluses and minuses. I will be specific as follows in hope that it can be improved for subsequent renters: Location - Very good as only a 2 block walk to beach. House in front of guest house rental was worst house on the street. No view from guest house other than fences. Linens - Very good as the sheets and towels were clean and the towels were especially high quality. Bathroom - Very tight but adequate. Too tight for a large person. Shower head needs to be replaced. Very old with very poor water distribution. Kitchen Furnishings - Definitely lacking. Only 1 cereal bowl. 0 serving spoons. 3 table spoons were not stainless and I had to scrub them to get tarnish/rust off prior to using. No baking sheet. Looked like kitchen furnished from garage sale. Floors - Dirty but looked clean on 1st inspection. Walking around with bare feet caused the bottom of my feet to turn black. Finally a communication with manager indicated beach umbrella and 2 beach chairs available. Beach umbrella very nice. 2 beach chairs turned out to be 2 folding camp chairs with 1 of the chairs having 2 broken rear legs (blue one). Overall I was disappointed with quality for price paid and would not rent again.

We enjoyed our stay. The host was attentive and kind, and the location was convenient for beach days. Great for a couple.

Zero accountability for poor remodel. Electrical & sewage back up entire stay. Owner said I had "guests' ...Instacart delivery ?? As I was in a NECK & Back brace!! Danette 🙏 Robles YOU ARE NOT remotely a Premiere Host. Mouse & rodent fecal matter in drawers ...boards & pictures covering leaking windows. No Bueno

Absolutely stunning

From the initial contact with Danette (who is amazing) until we had to literally pull ourselves away.... It was perfection. Clean, quiet, and oh so comfortable. It says it's two blocks from the beach, but it is actually no further than most public beach parking. These are small neighborhood blocks and lead right to the beach entry. The beach was more than perfect. It's quiet, clean, natural and family friendly. Most beach goers are residents to the neighborhood. We enjoyed it so much that we extended our stay a few more nights! We will most certainly be back and we are looking very forward to it!
