Rental suite is the back unit of an owner-occupied duplex with a separate entrance and a private patio area and off-street parking for 1 vehicle and more spots available upon request. Enjoy the peaceful residential area that is just a block off Gulf Blvd and numerous restaurants/bars and other local spots. Just a short distance away is John's Pass and Marina. The beautiful beach with a walking/biking trail along the beach is only 1-2 blocks away. GREAT LOCATION - privacy but close to everything!
Owner will provide some flexibility on check-in/out times and cancellations but on a case-by-case basis. Owner may waive extra person fees for young children on a case-by-case basis.
This is a NON-SMOKING PROPERTY - please do not book if you are a smoker even if you typically smoke outside or infrequently. Professional cleaning fees are expensive for smoke removal. Additional cleaning fee of $200 will be charged if smell is noticeable in unit. If it requires outside company charge could be up to $750 (receipt to be provided).

Easy check in, quiet and clean property. It is small with the bed area not in a separate room with a door, but no different than an efficiency, and is better than motel style room as it has a small separate full galley kitchen area.
Availability of laundry equipment and a very clean bathroom are great to find in small rentals.
The host is very accessible and prompt to respond to questions or needs.
I didn't like the exterior door hinged on the outside, but otherwise not much to complain about, this is a very well kept property, and a very short (1 small block) walk to beach.
Waffle House on the corner is an added bonus.
Off street parking and privacy fenced small back patio are also items to note.

It had everything we needed. The bed was really comfortable. The kitchen had all that we needed. We had all meals there with the exception of 2 dinners and Michelle made the recommendations and they were excellent.Laundry facilities were great.The beach was a short walk away. The neighbourhood was great. We had great 2 mile + walks almost everyday..
You can’t go wrong.
The neighborhood is quiet but still very close to the beach and plenty of things to do in walking distance.

I am originally from Minnesota and have lived in the Tampa/St. Petersburg area for 11 years. I purchased a home in Treasure Island and converted it from a single-family home back into a duplex. I am a Finance Manager for a business with it's corporate offices in Tampa area. I am excited to share my home with you and look forward to meeting you and hearing about your stay.
Why they chose this property
I love the water but the drive and parking never appealed to me. So the opportunity to live here has been amazing. I love walking over and watching the sunset - Absolutely Breathtaking!
What makes this property unique
This property allows for rest, relaxation and privacy. But it also is so close to everything that you can also be extremely social. It's the best of both worlds.
The neighborhood is mostly residential and quiet. This is not the location for you if you are looking for a party house. I expect tenants to be respectful to the neighbors and attempt to keep noise levels reasonable.
