What makes this property unique

This home is close to many restaurants and other attractions. 15 minutes to the airport. Perfect for the professional athlete who wants to use our excellent gym, or for the high end renter who wants the finest in entertainment via our top notch whole-house AV system. Enjoy our exceptional bar and game room upstairs, with 4 TVs and an excellent pool table. This house has it all.
The Uptown Farmers Market is a 10 minute walk away, and is open Wednesdays and Saturdays. There are dozens of food and shopping options at the market.
The neighborhood is very safe and quiet.
