Pool heating is included in the nightly rate during winter months when the natural pool temperature drops below outside temperature to a temp of 85 degrees. The fee is $65 per day fee to heat pool between 86 and 90 degrees. Please notify host 72 hours in advance of arrival if added heat is desired.

$150 pet charge per stay. Must notify host if you are bringing a pet (up to 2 dogs allowed). Please ensure that your dogs are well behaved, potty trained, and avoid leaving them in the house when you leave. Any damage will be filed as a claim. No other types of pets are permitted without prior permission.
