This is a spacious private pool home in an exclusive gated resort. It is just minutes from Disney Parks and all that Central Florida has to offer! You can spend a day just relaxing poolside looking at all the wildlife as this property is adjacent to conservation land or you can get out and enjoy all of the parks that are just minutes away.

You'll be close to all the Disney Theme Parks, Universal Studios, Sea World, International Drive, Busch Gardens, Big Cat Rescue, Kennedy Space Center, Legoland, and a short drive to both east and west coast beaches! With two Outlet Malls close by as well as the Mall at Millennia and The Loop, it is a shopper's dream.

You'll feel safe and secure in this 24-hour manned gated community. The Club House features a spacious zero-entry heated pool, internet-cafe, ping pong table, foosball, shuffleboard, air hockey, playground, beach volleyball, putting green, picnic area with grill, and more.

Every bedroom has a flat-screen smart TV, wireless internet. There is a great room with a seating area, dining area, and spacious kitchen. A 86" 4K TV for streaming all of your favorite shows. The patio features a covered area with a table so you have a shady place for the adults and a place for the kids. With 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, you can fit the whole family and be able to get everyone showered and out the door to get an early start at the parks. Every room has a ceiling fan for added climate control and airflow.

The King Master Suite has double sinks, a separate water closet, and a shower.

You'll want to spend as much time as possible outside enjoying our wonderful Florida climate! The spacious pool and patio provide the perfect private place to relax and enjoy the tropical climate. The chef's kitchen is fully equipped so you'll have everything you will need to enjoy your stay here in the Sunshine State.

Best Stay Ever

The house was immaculate and clean and the equipment is first class. Bill the owner was helpful from initial reservation to departure. You cannot ask for a better host. Will be back as soon as possible.

Overall great stay

Had a good time, house was great. Master bed was a little uncomfortable. Master shower drain was backed up. Pool heater didn't get turned on when asked, but after communicating with manager it got turned on and didn't get charged. Neighbors on last couple days were louder and smoking outside. Not property owners fault. Had a nice grill kit ready for us which was nice. House was clean and had plenty of supplies. Overall great stay

Perfect.

This home is beautiful, up to date, spacious, comfortable and the perfect place to unwind and be in the moment. The beds are comfortable, there are lots of clean, quality towels. There is privacy in the outdoor space and a beautiful view of trees and a pond. It is so peaceful. The pool is the perfect size, the hot tub is magnificent, and it was all perfectly heated. The kitchen is gorgeous and appliances new and quiet. The neighbourhood is beautiful, safe, and comfortable. We wish we’d had enough time to check out the walking trail nearby and use the gym in the clubhouse. Bill is a great guy and even accommodated our delay in getting there. Honestly, we had the best experience in this home and are looking forward to our next stay there. Thanks, Bill!

A Fab Villa

We stayed at this villa for 2 weeks and it was great. The owner Sarah was lovely really helpful. The villa has plenty of space -a gorgeous master bedroom & the outside pool area is fab my 3 boys loved the pool. It's a great location for Disney, Orlando etc but it's really close to the I4 if u want to explore further. And really easy to find from airport. Also great shops & restaurants close by too - everything you will need for your stay. We wil definitely be staying here again!
