BED & BATH

This home sleeps six guests between two bedrooms and one sofa bed.

Guest room 1: The double doors within the living room open into a spacious guest room with a king bed on an upholstered beige bed frame accented with silver nail heads. This guest room is decorated in neutral colors with wood accents. This guest room has a closet with wood hangers and a sizeable five-drawer dresser. The guest room has the house security system camera monitor in the North-East corner of the room.

Guest room 2: The hallway leads to the second guest room decorated with a king-size bed on an oversized platformed gray upholstered bed, two white nightstands with lamps, a closet with wood hangers and a shoe rack, a large dresser, and a Smart TV.

Guest bathroom 1: The Guest Bathroom has a white floating vanity (w/two soft-close drawers), a frameless LED mirror (w/ a 'defog' mode for quick visibility), a high-efficiency chair height toilet, and a frameless tub/shower with a large rain shower head and subway tile.


FLORIDA SUNROOM

Get ready to unwind in our Florida Sunroom with eight large windows leading to our outdoor oasis. Enjoy our oversized gray sofa and twinkle light curtains at night.


BACKYARD

Enjoy a resort-style oasis on turf with a 60-foot dock right on the New River - with NO fixed bridges. Lounge on the teak daybed and furniture while you enjoy the heated pool, gas grill, and a game of cornhole.

Take a night dive in the pool! Light up your evening with our pool lights, outdoor projector for movies under the stars, and our portable Sony speaker with ambient lights that change with the music/movie.


AMENITIES

Take our paddleboard to the beach, only a short drive away. Enjoy our complimentary beach chairs, umbrella, sand toys, cooler, and more to make your vacation easier.

Love music? Enjoy records on the rustic multi-player with a real record player in the living room, or take a seat on our 88-key electric piano. Lift the cushion on the piano bench for music books!
