Spacious, clean, and easy

We had a great stay! The unit is spacious, clean, and conveniently located near a pool. Check in and out were easy, and Skip was very responsive. Garage can easily fit two small to mid-size cars. Perfect property for a long weekend trip!

Perfect for our family

Legacy Villas has become a go to for our family. We enjoy the amenities of La Quinta and proximity to the nearby resort, but the space, kitchen, bedrooms, pools, fitness center and community of this neighborhood. Great property, neighborhood, property manager and experience. Highly recommended.

Great weekend away

Great location and nice to have 2 spots to park in the garage. The place was clean, quiet unit and beds were very comfortable. Issues with the air conditioning were immediately responded to by Skip and resolved. My family and friends would go back in a heartbeat!

Lovely La Quinta villa

Great stay. Place was lovely but the carpets needed cleaning badly. In all fairness I contacted the host and they offered to have them cleaned right away but I didn’t want to live with wet carpet for a while. Other than that one little snafu it was really lovely and I would stay there again as long as the carpets are clean.

The good news is the homeowners arranged to have the carpets cleaned after your group checked out, so that has been addressed.

Great place

There were 6 adults and we all had plenty of room. The place was very clean. There is now a small sectional and a chair which is an update from the photo . Four pools and hot tubs are really close by, it was nice to have the pool to ourselves. We enjoyed our daily walks throughout the development. Most of the beds were comfortable, but we all agreed the pillows need to be replaced. Skip was quick to respond with any issues that arose. We would stay here again.

Condo issues

Master shower has drip. Some batteries in TV remotes are dead. Thermostat programmed for 81 degrees at night. It was very hot!! Could not override program.

We checked the remotes, primary suite shower and A/C after you checked out, and they were operating normally. The AC thermostat is touch sensitive and, if necessary, we can provide our guests with instructions on how to operate it. On a different note, the unit was left in great shape after your group departed, and we greatly appreciate that.
