You will be able to access the entire home and boat dock now available for guests. Along with boat lift there are jet ski lifts available as well.

This home sits in the heart of Kingsland and conveniently located to Boat Town Burger Bar, HEB and other local attractions.
Getting Around:
There is no public transportation in this area. Guests will need a vehicle to get to and from this property or to local attractions.

Please note: this home is DOG Friendly with a $300 non-refundable pet fee per pet with a 2 dog limit under 80lbs. We will require a signed Pet Agreement along with a copy of the current vaccination records for each pet.
Due to recent housing boom we are experiencing more construction throughout our neighborhoods. Please be advised it as may be near this property.
In lieu of a security deposit we require a $75 damage waiver fee through Safely that covers guests up to $5000 in damages to the property.
As part of our effort to help you relax and enjoy your stay, we insure the property against guest-caused, accidental damage with the Safely Protection Policy. The cost of this protection has been included in a Fee on your reservation.
The Safely Protection Policy covers the cost of repairing damage to the property up to $5K for content and dwelling combined.
The fee for this protection is refundable if the reservation is canceled in writing at least twenty-four (24) hours prior to the arrival date. Any deductible, minimum claim amount, or cost of repair in excess of the coverage limits will be the responsibility of the Guest, and Hill Country Stays will process the payment using the form of payment on file for Guest.

All refunds will exclude a 5% credit card service fee.
