Lovely home in the heart of Wichita. This home is convenient to a lot of restaurants and shopping. It is an older home, but has everything you need to be comfortable!
Overall the stay was positive. We were able to have a couple gatherings with family and open gifts with kids as well as play games in the dining room. Very open and roomy.
My roommate and myself found this stay absolutely wonderful. A lot of restoration of this charming neighborhood. The host and his manager were so accommodating, I was even able to park my small rv in the driveway. All the amenities made it like I just walked into my own home away from home, from the saran wrap to the laundry soap it was all there. The host was even thoughtful enough to recommend favorite restaurants near by. Everything was thought of and we were delightfully comfortable for the 10 days we stayed. Market was conveniently located just a few blocks up through the tree lined streets. All in all if I ever come through Witchita again, I would make this my number one place to stay.

Family stay
The house was comfortable but the knobs on all the bathroom doors were loose so the doors would not shut easily. This is an easy fix for the owner/property manager. My husband wishes he had a screwdriver so he could fix it😂The rental was a bit overpriced and the neighborhood was a little run down. Overall, it was clean and communication with the rental company was smooth.
We stayed here with our two young kids for an extended weekend. Overall the place works well if you don't have kids. The space is large and open with some old house charm. It has all of the amenities. It has a garage but would be difficult to park a car in it. The beds were comfortable but might suggest bringing your own pillow if you want more cushion and support. We found it difficult with our kids because there were some broken vents/holes in the floor that the kids could have fallen into if we didn't watch them. The blinds also just provide privacy, and don't darken the room at all which we're not accustomed to, but that's just a personal preference. The house is located in a quiet neighborhood that's conveniently located. A/C worked very well so would recommend this place if staying over the summer. Host was easily reached when needed. The check out requirements were very reasonable.
