Our property offers a peaceful and private location surrounded by nature and wildlife with easy access to hiking trails, lakes, beaches, and local attractions. In town, you will find many delicious eateries and one-of-a kind shops.

Welcome to Thomas Trail! Enjoy a relaxing escape from the daily grind in this cozy and newly renovated retreat. Located just steps (.2 miles) away from Pleasant Mountain Ski Area and a shared waterfront on Moose Pond (1 minute walk). There are many very nearby activities to enjoy such as skiing, skating, snowshoeing, swimming, boating, biking, hiking, fishing & much more. Or, if you prefer, just sit & relax with a good book & prepare a meal in the fully equipped kitchen.
Welcome to your home away from home at Thomas Trail! As our guests, you will have access to the entire home, including 4 bedrooms on two full floors, three season porch, outdoor area with deck and gas grill as well as & large firepit. You will also have access to a washer/dryer located in the basement. The driveway has space for up to four vehicles.

To make check-in as seamless as possible, you will be given a 4 digit code just prior to your check-in time so that you will be able arrive at your convenience and enter the property in your own time.

Weekend event

The house was very nice. Very well taken care of. Check in was easy just had to type in a door code and you are in. Checkout was easy just needed to lock the door on your way out. Plenty of space to park.

Excellent place

It was a great place for us. Our son lives in Fryeburg and owns Fryeburg Kitchen & Market Place, a great place to eat. When friends and family visit they need a place to stay. This place is ideal. Its location, size, and cleanliness makes it great for us. We will be recommending it to others.

Just what we needed

The house was just as advertised, and exactly what we were looking for! The house was clean and stocked with everything we needed. Dave was very attentive and responded to my messages in a timely manner. If we decide to stay in Maine's lake region again next year, this will be our spot.
