Great condo so close to the beach!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Beach Club! We did have some issues with the hot water, but the host took care of it quickly. Easy parking, very close to the beach. Comfortable bedding and nice community pool. Would stay here again!

Perfect Spot

Nice place to stay with access to 2 pools & a hot tub. Walking distance to many restaurants and bars. Short walk to the beach. Recommend renting bicycles and riding to the Village and on the beach.

Great location and clean accommodations

We loved it! Short walk to the beach, the complimentary beach chairs and umbrellas were readily available and there were also some sand toys for our two little ones, which was super helpful and fun for them! The unit (204B) was clean, has basic kitchen essentials and the way the unit balconies are staggered provides some privacy, but you can also use the seating on the main decks by the entrance if you’d like to be more social. Would definitely stay here again if we come back to the area!

Great location!

Unit was clean and updated. Short walk to the beach. 2 pools and a hot tub were great. Staff friendly and helpful. Only issue was beach area available is very small and hotels on either side are very strict and won't allow you to sit on their beach property.

Great option for a quick getaway

Pleased with the place and the service team. I would visit again. It does need some remodeling/re-carpeting, etc. Not a deal-breaker for me, considering the price.

Worst experience EVER! We were threatened with violence!

We rented this property because it was listed as non-smoking. After we arrived, a group of people checked in next to us in a room that shared a porch. All 4 of them were constantly smoking at any given time on the porch within 20-25 feet of our children. After this went on for a while I finally asked them very politely if it's allowed to smoke there and if they could please not do it in front of our children. The woman got very angry and said they were told they could smoke anywhere they wanted. A few minutes later her husband came out and started being rude to me also. The "manager" of the property was nearby and came over when she heard the disagreement. She took their side and said they were allowed to smoke wherever they wanted and told me if I wasn't quiet she would call the cops on me and my wife and then told us we needed to leave. Out of nowhere a guy that identified himself as her husband showed up and started screaming at us and made multiple threats to us. He was clearly a drug addict, it was visibly obvious. He told her to go in the office and get our name and address and license plate number., which she did. He kept on threatening us about how we was going to get revenge on us. She then got in the car with him and their 2 very young children that were not in car seats or seat belts and drove away. My wife took video of all of it. We had to pack up our stuff and leave. I filed a police report and VRBO has not done anything to help after 5+ calls. So disappointed

Thank you for providing your feedback, Holly. Our listing does state that this is a non-smoking rental; however, that means that smoking is prohibited inside the unit. Smoking is allowed on the porch and in designated smoking areas. Per the information gathered, the manager kindly asked you to leave if the situation escalated further.

Coffe machine had lots of rust, all dishes had to be washed, they were all dirty...the stove top looked like it hasnn’t been cleaned properly in years. Dining room chairs peeling. Very disappointed

We love the location and ease of the property- that is primarily what we chose to stay here again. Can’t say that enough! The lady (didn’t catch her name) working the front desk was wonderful and helpful. Property was clean, only negative was we felt our unit was quite run down. Old taped chairs, carpets seemed old. Lots of wear and tear. We had friends in the unit next door- it was SO much nicer and updated. And more natural light too. And also friends in the unit above the office. Same thing- much nicer. So if we were to stay again I would not want the unit we were in and would confirm photos.

But there were only 3 coffee cups and 3 wine glasses in the unit, there should have been hooks all over the spacious closets, the refrigerator and kitchen sink needed serious repairs, the pool htr. was out of order, no dresser or shelves in the guest room, etc.

Quick Staycation!

I love this little spot. It's close to restaurants, the beach and has trolley access. The pool area is nice and quiet with a great hot tub! It's my second time staying in this location and I hope to stay here again.

Reviewer Comments: This is our third time in this property, we love the location and property, how ever, the AC unit in one of the units stopped working one night simply because it was dirty (lack of maintenance), hot shower in another room did not work. Last year the property had great outdoor furniture (the one on the pictures) new one are not comfortable at all. 204B has a great balcony but again furniture there it could be better

Would consider staying again

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Thanks to beautiful weather and a good location, the rental experience worked out. Cleanliness could have been better, as I had to remove a clump of hair from the main shower when we arrived and the shower floor was slimy. The second shower was broken and unable to be fixed during our stay so we essentially paid for a 2-bath, while only having one. There were no pillowcases for the pullout bed and there were dirty sheets left in the utility closet. We had to sweep up someone else's crumbs. A vacuum would have been nice since the bedrooms are carpeted. Our ice maker leaked into the fridge, causing water to drip into and ruin a cheese and veggie platter. Management acknowledged the issues, but there was no further follow-up. Aside from these issues, the property was lovely and with the exception of the last day, there were ample beach chairs for us to use. We enjoyed the pool and the deck space and the convenience to the beach and restaurants and shops.
