Unit 120-2 Bedroom 2 Bathroom Gulf Side Club Corner Condominium

This completely newly renovated 2 bedroom 2 bathroom, first floor condominium is located on the Gulf side of our property. It is a short walk to our white sandy beach, the tennis courts and the pool. To comply with the Sarasota County Fire Code, our two bedroom units sleep a maximum of six people. The master bedroom is furnished with a king size bed with a 40" flat screen TV and there are two queen size beds in the guest bedroom with also a 40" flat screen TV. The over-sized living room is equipped with a large 55" flat screen TV with all TV's having FIOS HD TV service for your enjoyment. Both bathrooms have beautiful granite counter tops and have walk-in showers. The kitchen has granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances and is fully equipped with all the items you need for cooking - pots/pans, dishes, utensils, toaster and a Keurig coffee machine and a 12 cup coffee maker. The condo is completely tiled throughout. There is also a comfortably furnished outdoor patio for you to enjoy with your friends and family.

The staff and security personnel at the beach were great a shout out to Cooper!! The only downside with the beach was not being able to rinse off your feet when you left the beach/sand. The faucet didn't work for your feet and the shower head barely came out. I know it seems picky but the resort asked us to keep sand to a minimum and being able to rinse our shoes/sandal/feet would of helped. I informed the front desk but in the week we were there nothing got fixed.

Reviewer Comments: The windows from the kitchen and living room look into the carport and there was construction next door on every weekday (not in Palm Bay’s control). It didn’t matter, we felt that we still got good value out of the condo. We originally were hesitant about renting because of the distant from the beach. However, we found our selves using the pools, pickleball courts and hot tub more than the beach anyway. It was clean and spacious. We had a great time and would rent the same unit again. The complex is gorgeous and the staff helpful and friendly. This is our 3rd stay at Palm Bay.

The room is also very spacious The location is great . I have been coming to the Palm Bay club for over 20 yrs and most of the rooms have been nicely renovated including 120 . I feel that the stretch of beach that the Palm Bay club is on is one of the best locations on siesta key. However the master bedroom mattress in 120 was horrible. My wife and I woke up everyday with a sore back from the mattress. It had huge dips in it. It was really disappointing to be on vacation for 9 days and not be able to get a decent night of sleep because of a mattress. Also the kitchen seemed to be lacking basic cooking utensils. There was not even a spatula to flip sandwiches were warming up in a skillet on the cooktop. They also used to include a midweek cleaning If you stayed for over a week. In which they would give you fresh towels. They have not reduced the price but have eliminated the mid week service . Therefore we had to wash the towels ourselves This was aggravating and seemed very petty for the overall cost to rent the unit.

Workers pounding away from 7am-5pm daily + loud latino music2) Palm Bay no longer provides weekly free maid service. You have to pay for it. Would have been nice to have gotten a heads up about this before check in.3) Now washers & dryers require an app on your cell phone to use them. Wi-Fi was very touchy in the laundry room. Come on. Give us a heads up before the day of check in. 4) No ceiling fans anywhere in the unit.5) Extremely uncomfortable couches in the living room.6) Beds in the front bedroom were not comfortable.7) Price has greatly increased for your units over the past couple of years plus additional fees.8) Though I would likely recommend this property to others, and we have stayed here for multiple years, we likely won't be back anytime soon given the increasing prices and the worsening traffic.

Lots of updates, very clean and kitchen has pretty much everything you need. Location is a longer walk to the ocean which is still close by. Closest unit to the pool. The only thing that bothered us was the thermostat would not allow to take the A/C under 69 per the owner's parameters. It was very hot to sleep the first few days. Note: there was construction on the building directly next door. The cranes were literally right on the other side of this unit's back patio.

Tammy’s unit is great! Clean and incredibly spacious. Has a great little back patio area for an additional spot to relax. Magnificently clean, well stocked with basic kitchen needs and 3 great beds (King, Queen, Queen). Would love to stay here again!

quick getaway

This property is very well equipped and had a great set up in the 2nd bedroom with 2 queen beds. I recommend to anyone that wants a beach vacation. Only downfall was red tide which we worked around but something that I would check before returning to the area in the future. Red tide was not the fault of the property.

Clean, newly remodeled

Great condo, perfect set up for four of us. Super comfy beds! Only issue we had was getting one of the sliders to lock properly. Took security and two maintenance people 24 hours to solve this, which was not ideal given that it’s a first floor unit. Pools were ok, no shade and very crowded. Most likely because beach was unfortunately at the end of the red tide at that time. Overall, would rent here again.
