Unique and cool place to stay! Close to downtown for convenience and far enough to ensure a peaceful stay. Everything was as expected and comfortable. NBA Jam and NFL Blitz arcade games were fun!
Super cute w lots of amenities. Close to parks, hiking/biking trails (leaves were just beginning to turn), restaurants, museums & shopping, yet felt private and cozy. We really enjoyed the outdoor kitchen/seating areas (including a large dining table) where we ate & played games in the evenings. Hot tub & pool were nice too. Bentonville & the Treehouse were top notch! Thanks for everything!
Our stay was exceptional. The property was as listed. Its location was in close proximity to retail and parks, and the host was very responsive. Bentonville is a beautiful city. We are definitely returning in the near future and will book this rental again.
I would of left 5 stars if the pool would of not been green the first two days we were there. Once this was brought to the attention of the staff it was taken care of immediately. It just took two days for it to clear up and that was a bummer for our pool trip. Other than that the house was great and communication with the staff was good.
My kids lived their absolute best life and were in the pool morning, noon and night. A couple things weren’t working while we were there the oven in the main unit and the refrigerator in the tree house, but hopefully maintenance will get both fixed. One huge draw was the location is so close to everything downtown Bentonville and lots of places delivered. My kids would come back tomorrow.
The main house water heater must not be working properly as the hot water lasted about 3 mins into a shower. The AC unit was a bit tricky to get working but it's super cold when you get it set correctly. The tree house loft ladder is a bit steep and a bit scary coming down. The netted seating area in the second tree house is not secured properly. One of the cable pins is missing and that cable is loose. Other than these things, it's a super cute property and would definitely stay again.
This was by far the most amazing Vrbo we’ve ever been too! It’s just phenomenal! I just can’t describe how much we loved it. Heated pool and hot tub were amazing! Beds were comfy and they had all of the extras. Just fantastic!
Beautiful and fun stay! We felt like kids again exploring the treehouse!

It was a great location for biking, lots of fun trails! Kids loved the pool and treehouse area. There are WAY too many wasp nests around the property. The bikes do not function. Limited silverware options. Limited pool lighting. Limited firewood for the fire pit. Hot tub was not clean. There were other great amenities for the bathroom and kitchen (towels, toilet paper, trash bags). Check in and check out was easy. Communication was delayed. It was a great experience and unique opportunity for the family, but needs a few updates to make it a better stay! Extra note: the mosquitos and flies were crazy during our stay!
The host was very friendly and communicated everything really well. The property itself is amazing! It is such a unique place to stay and we enjoyed every minute of it! We will definitely be back.
This was a great place to stay close to home. The tree house and outdoor area was great! Highly recommend.
