Cute & well maintained 2 bed 2 bath home in the heart of Port Charlotte. Tile floors throughout with vinyl plank floors in the bedrooms. Master bedroom has sliders to the lanai, 2 closets, king size bed and the en-suite has a shower only. The guest bedroom has a full size bed. The guest bathroom has a tub/shower combo. The kitchen has been fully updated with new stainless steel appliances. The washer/dryer are located inside the garage. Enjoy the outdoors on this large lanai and the heater pool.

Quiet neighborhood, heated pool was fabulous

My husband and I stayed for a month (02/2025) when we arrived we had an issue with the pool heat, but the owner had it resolved very quickly and we appreciated that. The neighborhood is safe and quiet, the neighbors are friendly. The heated pool was amazing on cooler days and nights. Bed was comfortable.

March Tranquility

Spent the entire month of March. Very peaceful in a nice location. House contained lots of new items. Small issue with water pressure in master bathroom has been reported to management. The heated pool was wonderful. Already booked for next March.

Updates

Need pest & insect control. We are not techy. No tv service? Apps only, should be able to just turn TV on. Not pay for it. No hot water or pressure in master bath. We LOVED THE POOL. The privacy and 2 bathrooms. UPDATEs where done but you could see the old & new. We would go back if in the area. A book or instructions on how things work & check procedures would be helpful
