We had such a great time at Sunshine Casita! The views were beautiful and the area was so peaceful and quiet. Palo Duro Canyon State Park is a short and easy drive away. If you are looking for a peaceful getaway that’s close to the awesome hikes in Palo Duro Canyon this is the place!

We had a lovely time at the Sunshine Casita. If you’re planning to cook, like we were, the kitchen utensils/equipment was a bit lacking…I.e: no can opener, wine opener, spatulas, etc. Other than that we enjoyed it. The decor is darling and don’t miss the beautiful sunrise.

We had a good experience at Sunshine Casita. It is a quiet area and close to Palo Dura Canyon. We were there to see the canyon but found the town of Canyon quaint. The Casita was clean, nicely decorated and had all amenities listed. We loved sitting on the back porch swing watching the sunrise and late afternoon relaxing after a long day of hiking.
