PLEASE NOTE: This property is located next to the courtyard. The courtyard areas, including the outdoor pool and outdoor hot tub, will be closed for renovation from mid-April through the fall of 2025. Please note that construction may take place between the hours of 7:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. Monday-Saturday. Thank you for your understanding as we make these improvements.
Sensational Main Street location and sleeping up to 8, this unique condo is perfect for your Park City adventures! One parking space is also provided. It's just one block from Park City Mountain's Town Lift and has out-your-door access to famous restaurants, bars, shops and galleries. And, the free town shuttle stop is right out front; hop on to explore Deer Valley Resort, Canyons Village or any of the area's exciting activities and entertainment.

The main has a king bed and private bathroom, as well as its own TV, DVD, mini-fridge and coffee maker, making it a private oasis. There are two twins beds which can be made up into a king bed (with advance notice) in the second bedroom. There's another full bath adjacent to the second bedroom. And there's a fun twin bunk room just off the living room.
The full kitchen has everything necessary for preparing and serving meals, and a dining table with seating for 6 and counter seating for 4. The cozy living room with its rustic, Western decor and over-stuffed furniture is perfect for lounging by the wood-burning fireplace while enjoying a show on the large screen TV. The living room also offers a sleeper sofa.
Park Station 229 adjoins Park Station 227 and the two can be combined to accommodate up to 12 people. Bring the whole crew!
Park Station amenities include an indoor hot tub in Building 2 for guests to enjoy, complimentary wi-fi, coin-op laundry facility, elevator, and complimentary parking for one car. Park City Mountain's Town Lift generally opens the third weekend of December, please check with the resort for current status and updates. Deluxe rating.
