*** Our cleaning crew is in line with CDC guidelines regarding the COVID19 pandemic following strictly new cleaning policy after each guest's departure. Please note this property INCLUDES linens with each rental. Pillows and comforters are also provided.

Sunset Island is a private Bay Front community, conveniently located on 67th street in Ocean City, MD. This luxurious resort features anything you need for a safe and sound family vacation. Just two blocks from the Atlantic Ocean, Sunset Island offers Indoor Pool, Outdoor Pool, Kiddie Pool, Three Private Beaches, Fitness Center, Boat Slips, Crabbing Pier, Island Cafe/Restaurant, General Store, 24 Hour Security With Gated Access, and Interactive Fountain and great community activities. Short drive to popular bars and restaurants such as Seacrets,  Fager's Island,  Mackey's, Dead Freddy's, and a lot more! 
Amenity Fees: $220.00 covers 6 facility & 3 parking passes.  Please note, additional facility passes are $75 per pass, per person per week. 
This property does not allow group rentals. Online bookings for group rentals will not be honored.

Sunset island

Location of Property was great!! Easy walk to the fishing pier, pool and some restaurants. Size and layout of the house was perfect for a group. Kitchen supplies were not super stocked but we managed with what was there.

Summer vacation

The house was beautiful. We had everything we needed. We enjoyed the bay beach for our kids. The pools and gym were nice features. I felt safe there. I stayed in the top floor expecting a king bed as described. It was a queen. Disappointed.

Would not rent again

Not well managed. Not well taken care of. Not well stocked with kitchen etc. House needs some care. Wanted to arrive early like Friday night because no one was renting the property the week before us. Called the management company left several message. Was willing to pay extra. Never heard from them then got a email the day before saying they would check with owner. Never heard anything again.

Mixed review

Great neighborhood with lots to do close by. House is new to rental market, and maybe this accounts for my mixed review. No linens or towels were delivered despite it being included in the listing. It was very difficult to contact the property manager. Eventually they brought sheets and towels but we discovered that 2 of the beds had significant blood stains on the mattress covers and comforters. We had to wait until the 2nd day to get these replaced as well as a missing smoke detector. My other issue: misleading advertising. The 4th level bed is a queen, not a king and there was no tv despite having a tv cabinet and remote controls next to the bed. Other minor issues: light bulbs out in laundry, under sink in kitchen had massive leak and mold. The porches were very nice, and it had plenty of room for our family. The house needs some TLC and better property mgmt and it would be great.
