This Superb Short Term Rental House is located at Four Corners right across of the Champions gate community in Davenport for your greatest vacation. Enjoy this 4Br/2Bh home which is about 15–20 minutes to the most well-known attraction parks such as Disney’s Animal Kingdom, Walt Disney World Resort & more. Good Location overall for Publix Super Market at Champions Gate crossing, Pharmacy, restaurants & recreation. This is beyond your expectation, It has a phenomenal Entry Way. Upon entering, you will notice the grand feel of the home!, open floor plan & beautiful view of the brick paved screened patio, and pool. The first two guest bedrooms & the guest bath are on the left. The dining room is opposite the kitchen & is separated from the family room by a half wall. The spectacular owner's suite is located in the back of the home, separate from the guest beds for privacy - has a sliding glass door leading to the pool & spa. The house is privately set to accommodate two families traveling together.

Nice property to stay in for a weekly rental
A beautiful home, and a beautiful neighborhood, very quiet. The maintenance on the home needs a little attention but otherwise, the home is very comfortable to stay in no loud noises in the area other than during the day they were renovating the house next-door. Lots of space at the home, four bedrooms, two bathrooms and plenty room to move around in.
