Holland Getaway

Great location for Tulip Festival!

We had a great time here during the Tulip Festival. It's brand new and very spacious. Includes private indoor parking on the first floor. Very close to the main street downtown with all the shops and restaurants. Becky (the owner) was very helpful. We even got in a bit earlier than our check-in time since we arrived early. We'd definitely stay here again!

Fabulous Condo, Great Location!

The apparent is very nice and clean. The location is great for walking around downtown and going to dinner. However the traffic noise is quite loud and we could hear the scrapyard on Friday morning.

Remembrance weekend

My sister introduced us to Holland since then we have done multiple sister, weekends of shopping and laughing and eating. We have spent many weekend at the condo. New place, great location, fully stocked. Huge windows with lots of natural light, can make you feel like neighbors can see in but blinds do the trick. Sunsets On balcony, street below is a bit noisy but it is downtown. Walk to all the shops and restaurants you could ask for. Awesome place

WOW! Wonderful hosts of a gorgeous property in the perfect location! The condo is stocked with everything (and I mean everything) you’d need! Absolutely perfect stay in this beautiful condo. Excellent directions and details on each step of the process. The home was immaculate and ever little detail was thought out and executed. Everything thing is beyond regular! Even the toilet tissue, the sheets, the snacks, the flowers and the beautiful modern furnishings were beyond expectations. Perfectly located just a block from the adorable downtown of Holland. Couldn't recommend any higher!!

A Gem in Holland

This is a gem of a place. Expensive but worth it. Great location, clear directions on how to access the property and how to get in and out of the building. Feels very private although it is in a big building. Very secure. Extremely easy walking distance to all of downtown Holland, restrauants, pubs, farmer’s market etc. It has to be brand new or just months old—it is spotless and comfortable. Great outside covered deck, grill. The appliances were way better than what’s in my house. Other than the shower head, which we thought was a bit too forceful, I really cannot imagine a nicer place.

Perfect in Every Way

Hello: I stayed in this unit for five weeks and can say it was 100% perfect for what I wanted: spacious. clean, well-appointed with a FANTASTIC location. I am reaching to find a negative as they are few but road noise is plentiful as you are on a main route. This DID NOT bother me, but your mileage may vary. Also, you will want to keep drapes closed at night as the hallways can create a peak-a-boo experience as people walk by. TRIVIAL! The ONLY improvement I can think of would be a cart to help bring things from parking to the unit would be super helpful. BYW if the owners are not the nicest people you could ever meet, you have a great social circle! Super sweet and as perfect as the rest of Tower 303! Don't even look anywhere else if you want a place in downtown Holland - BOOK IT!

My recent stay at this 2 bed/2 bath condo in downtown Holland was a delightful experience. The moment I entered, the elegance, comfort, and stunning views, coupled with fresh flowers, set a warm tone. The 10-foot ceilings and natural light created an open, airy atmosphere, instantly putting me at ease. The spacious living room, with a cozy gas fireplace, became my sanctuary for unwinding after exploring downtown. The well-stocked kitchen and patio with breathtaking sunsets added to the charm. The primary suite was spacious and included a luxurious full shower that provided perfect water pressure. The second bedroom offered a full bath with a wonderful soaking tub. Holland is a great place to vacation in any season of the year. Located on the shore of Lake Macatawa and a stones throw from Lake Michigan, the opportunity to enjoy the water in summer are endless. Holland State Park is a great spot to watch the boats go through the channel, sunbath, build a sandcastle, swim, enjoy people watching, or view the iconic Big Red Lighthouse. Head north and you have the choice of other beaches as well including Tunnel Park, Riley St Beach and Kirk Park.

Wondering the best way to get around? Holland has more than 150 miles of paved bike paths. You can even reach Grand Haven to the north or Saugatuck to the south by bicycle. There is also Upper Mac or Riley Trails which are both great spots for mountain biking.
