Welcome to Let's Do Sunset located in Carolina Keyes in North Myrtle Beach with quick access straight to the beach!

This newly remodeled condo is situated along the Intracoastal Waterway and is a short 5 minute drive to the beach!

Enjoy your stay in this 3BR/2BA condo full of costal charm with over 1200 square feet of indoor living and an outdoor porch overlooking one of two pools and the pond. Located on the top floor (3rd floor, NO elevator), the primary bedroom is equipped with a King size bed and a bathroom with a shower/tub combo. You will find two other bedrooms; one with a queen size bed and the third bedroom has a full bunk bed set. Both bedrooms share a bathroom with a full size shower. All linens and towels will be provided for up to 8 guests.
*A pack-n-play is also available upon request*

The condo offers a fully stocked kitchen with all necessary appliances to dine in! You can also relax after a long day at the beach in the spacious living room, enjoying a beautiful sunset beyond the porch. Each room is equipped with a Smart TV.

The condo complex has several amenities for you to enjoy throughout your stay. Soak in the sun at the two pools and relax in the hot tub. Or you can take a nice walk alongside the waterway and watch the boaters and jet skiers on the private community dock. There are also several grills (both charcoal and propane) located throughout the property along with outdoor areas to eat.

Looking to explore North Myrtle Beach? Let's Do Sunset is located centrally off of Highway 17, allowing you easy access to local restaurants (Coconuts Tiki Grill, Boardwalk Billy's, Local and more!), several grocery stores, shopping, Main Street, and Barefoot Landing. Also enjoy the numerous golf courses located in the area!

Sports and leisure

The condo is very clean. The condo had games to entertainment the kids and excess to the pool. The beds were comfortable. It was about an 8 mins drive to the sports complex. It’s very close to restaurants and department stores. We really enjoyed our stay.

Lovely corner condo

We came to NMB for a baseball tournament. This condo was perfect distance to the fields and beautiful. Quiet community which was wonderful. It was nice to sit on the balcony and actually hear music coming from Boardwalk Billy’s. Short commute to the many beach accesses. Highly recommend!

Beautiful & clean condo in a great location

Loved staying here for St. Patrick’s Day weekend. It was in a perfect location. We were able to quickly Uber to all of the holiday festivities on Main Street. The condo was so beautifully decorated and very clean. Had everything we needed. The host also provided us with green necklaces and green wrapped chocolate candy. There was a St. Patrick’s Day decorative sign on the counter and a bottle of wine. Loved the thoughtfulness that went into little details like these that made our stay that much more memorable. My only complaint with this stay was being on the top floor and no elevator but we survived even after a full day of shenanigans. Our group of 7 ladies on a mom’s getaway weekend trip were very comfortable with our stay and would love to rent this condo again in the future!
