The front door has a 4 inch lift rubber ramp. Everywhere is wheelchair accessible but it is not ADA complaint.

A two-bedroom apartment with two separate bedrooms and living room, kitchen, and bathroom. It is great for couples, families, or groups of friends who are looking for a place to stay together. It is capable of sleeping 6 people with the 3 queen beds. 3 Ruko TV's with free WIFI internet. This is a ground level duplex. There is one small step to enter the apartment. You have the option to park right in front of the door.

Many guests have stayed here for medical procedures. The front door is very close to the driveway.

Great accommodations

Bryce, the owner, communicated well and promptly. He was willing to do anything to make us comfortable. However the apartment he had for us had everything one would need for a comfortable stay. It is located in a quiet neighborhood and close to downtown Salt Lake City . We were just a few minutes away from parking at the Salt Palace and had easy and close access to shopping and enjoying the Salt Lake Valley. I highly recommend Bryce as a host and the apartments that he uses for his BnB service.

Sightseeing vacation

Had a neighborhood feel that made the experience seem less touristy. It was very clean and comfortable. The beds were quite comfortable. We enjoyed the patio area. Convenient to get to stores.would recommend this.

It was clean and situated close to the Utah State Fair where we were working. Some dogs barking in the next door neighbor's yard were a little irritating.

VERY CLEAN and WELL-EQUIPPED

We had a 9-night stay at this property and will definitely be coming back! From the moment I made the reservation the host was available and prompt in responding to my every question—and I had LOTS, given this was my first experience making a VRBO reservation. The duplex was immaculately clean. All linens were provided. The kitchen was well-stocked with all we needed. To be honest, everything was perfect. I can’t think of a single way to improve this property. Very comfortable and all we needed. The two bedrooms had very comfortable beds. We weren’t even bothered by the fact there were guests in the other unit/side of the duplex.
