You will be close to everything when you stay in this comfortable basement suite. Whether you are with family, or friends, or just need a place for yourself, this place nestled in a quiet neighborhood, has easy access to freeways, food, entertainment, and more. The airport is 20 minutes away. Within 20 to 40 minutes are several ski resorts, hiking trails, beautiful mountains, and many of the wonders of Utah..This is a basement unit. The main house is separate. If you have a larger group, you can rent both units and we can open the space between you creating room for up to 19 guests. We can provide you with a link to help make your vacation planning easier. Just outside the door you will enjoy a quiet patio area with table, grill, putting green and play area for the kids. Or relax in our state if the art, romantic spa.

Very cute place, but they rent out the home above the basement as well. We got very loud people up there and had trouble sleeping. If the people were quieter, the place would have been great!

Stephanie, thank you for taking good care of our place. Our place is very clearly listed as a basement unit. We charge about half the price of the upstairs unit specifically because it is a basement and like any basement you will hear the upstairs people. And our quiet hours rule is clearly listed also. We live next door. If you had called us at any point after 11pm to complain about the folks upstairs we would have been there in less than one minute to make sure the upstairs guests quieted down. As it was, the upstairs guests didn't arrive unitl 10:45 and their lights were all out by a little after midnight. I'm really sorry your sleep was disturbed when it didn't need to be. I hope you'll come visit again and give our place another chance.

Beautiful welcome basket was given; popcorn, candy, apples, bananas. So very thoughtful. Property was comfy, easily accessible and cool on hot days. The bathroom and kitchen cupboards could have used a deeper clean though. The house had so many cute decorative touches. Everything was labeled and organized. Lots of games to play. We never used the hot tub since it was so hot out. Becky was responsive and kind. I would recommend this place!

We try really hard to provide a comfy clean place. When we are booked solid and only have a couple of hours to prepare for the next guest, we don't always get the deep cleaning done. Cupboards, baseboards, and blinds sometimes have to wait til we have more time to clean. Thanks for the reminder, though

We had a great stay. We were only there overnight, but it was cheaper and more spacious than getting three hotel rooms, which is what we would have needed for 7 people. I’d stay there again.

Perfect little cozy spot

We enjoyed our stay and Becky had everything to make us comfortable for our little get away. She even set up the pack-n-play so we didn’t have to wait to lay the baby down as soon as we landed :)

Great stay

We had a great stay. Basement unit in a great location close to restaurants and other commercial places. Hosts were easy to communicate with, the place was organized and had everything we needed, at an affordable price.

Reasonably priced and well equiped basement suite. Ideal base for outdoor and other pursuits in the SLC area. Convenient access to major thoroughfares. The welcome basket was above and beyond.

Great place!

Overall wonderful and generous owners! They checked in on us during our short two day stay and left a generous gift basket with delicious goodies and fruit. Our kids loved the put out golf and the play area outside as well as the games/books provided for families. It is a basement apartment - so noisy upstairs neighbors are a potential, which didn’t bother us.

Clean and relaxing treat of a stay

My daughter and I were in town for her gymnastics meet. We needed an affordable but safe and clean place to stay where we could cook, do laundry, and save money by not eating out. This property was more than perfect! The location was perfect for getting to our event venue in Sandy and then out to Silver Lake Trailhead which was a beautiful half-day excursion. Then we spent the evenings cozied up on the couch watching movies. Could not have asked for a better stay.

This place is cute and comfortable, the only thing that wasnt the greatest what the heavy feet of the upstairs unit and no access to jacuzzi..

Lticia was an amazing guest. She left our place spotless. Unfortunatey this is a basement unit, you will hear the main house people. That's just how basements are. And you are paying less than half the price of the main house unit. They have a bigger space and the hot tub. Hopefully by the time you come back we will have the hot tub for the basement unit installed.

All the conveniences you could want in a small rental! Very conveniently located, great feel to the house, tons of features like tvs, goody basket, utensils and heaters were great! The shower was the biggest downer, pretty poor. But a great place!

Cute little apartment

Check in was easy. The host was very nice and responsive. Would have loved it more if the hot tub had been accessible for the basement and not only for the upstairs unit. The beds were comfortable. Also the hot water never seemed to run out. Wish, Mine worked so well. We would definitely stay here again.
